I had admired a dress on their site and took a long time to decide to "risk" buying it. I am soo glad I did ordered it. My dress arrived yesterday and I am really impressed with the quality of the garment. The workmanship is outstanding, the bodice is lined and beautifully done. Fabric is beautiful, has a wonderful "hand". I am impressed with the information sent with my dress: a tape measurer to enable me to obtain exact figure measurements so I can have even better fitting clothing custom made. I was informed the names of those who participated in making my dress and encouraged to thank them. I did that. They deserve high praise.

I ordered my second dress with some specifications and was so impressed with the work on both my dresses. Well done!

I've been trying to get in contact with this company for over 2 months. Sent numerous emails and phone calls. I've never received a response. All my emails only get an automated response and the phone calls never get responded to after leaving voicemails since they say all customer service reps are busy. What has happened to this once awesome company? NO customer service. SO frustrating!

I recently ordered two dresses from eShatki.com. First of all they are so pretty, and they look just like the images on the website. They are made of high quality heavy fabric. The tailoring is excellent and the fit is near perfect. I just ordered by my usual size, and made some customizations re length and sleeves. It feels so good to wear a beautiful high quality dress that fits! And the prices are very reasonable. The international shipping took about two weeks with the items coming from India but the wait was worth it. I will definitely order again from eShatki.

In addition, each dress was beautifully made; fully lined and with pockets! Perfect for the mother of the bride to hide a tissue! The fabric is lovely and the dress was wrinkle-free all day.

This is one of my favorite online retailers. Like any of us, we make mistakes but what is so wonderful about eShatki, is that their US-based customer service team goes the extra mile to make things right.

I ordered a custom-sewn dress from eShatki that was not the length I specified, it was below the knee rather than above the knee as I requested. Working with Carol and Mary Ann, they expedited shipment of a replacement dress which arrived two days early. And it was fun to track the process online from when the order was entered, through international shipping via DHL, to my doorstep. I think it's amazing that they can deliver such quality and fast shipping at such an affordable price.

Attached is a photo of me wearing the first, longer dress, at work. I'm a plus-size girl (male-to-female transgendered) so gettin a dress to fit well, especially with my shoulders, is almost impossible; with a custom-sewn eShatki dress, it's a snap. And I love the pockets! You don't realize how you miss having pockets until you don't have them/.

1 day before the arrival of a dress I get a message they cancelled my order. I received the 2nd dress and had to pay full price for it when the only reason I ordered it was because it was half off. Charged 10.00 for shipping when it was only 14.95 for both garments. The dress that arrived is too big by at least two sizes and I ordered it in a size smaller! The seams are jagged and I am not happy with the dress. I wear the dress around the house and its falling apart at the seams almost shredding at the back and shoulders. If I try to return it I will have to pay shipping so I would end up pay 20.00 for a dress that is not what I expected. So I am stuck with a dress that doesn't fit and paid WAY more than I wanted to for it. Wish they would of cancelled my entire order. Never again!
