I love the knit items on this site! The quality of the fabric is great, as is the construction. Finally I can wear colorful knit shirts that are flattering and fall at the right lengths for my super-tall frame.

Nice dress but is way too big--based on my measurements this should have been a snug fit, but as the dress has an elastic and gathering in the back, it is meant to fit closely and I believe it is sized incorrectly. I would try to return it, but as I live in Canada, it will cost too much. I love eShakti's styles--I just don't trust the sizing.

Returned item in October... Received email confirmation in November... Contact company... No response... Second email received in January and only half of what I paid will be returned... Still waiting on refund... NEVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
Never had to deal with customer service. I expect the delivery time to be lengthy due to where the dresses are being sent from they are made out of Country... packaging is great dresses are always what I chose. The only problem I have is I've never been showcased on their website or WON any of their contest other than that great online store!
This company has some of the most unique and at the same time AFFORDABLE fashions I've seen in a long time! It's like Christmas when my packages are delivered! Clothes are great quality and they arrive rather quickly.

Excellent quality, great return process! I love how items can be customized to my height, as well as my other measurements, if I prefer a perfect fit. You can make changes to the length, neckline, arms, etc. It's wonderful!
I have been so happy with this choice that I made to try out eShakti. I proceeded to order a dress from the app and for the same price as a dress that would never fit as nicely, it's custom to my size and preference. It's a relatively easy searching process, ordering process, and the shipping took less time than they had given me as a estimated date. There are so many choices to choose from in colors and styles it's easy to want to keep going back for more.
The business is very easy to deal with and if you have any problems, customer service was quick to respond to me and willing to help.
I have read so many negative reviews but this is my 3rd or 4th order and I've had nothing but success with them. I've done custom fits as well as bought from the clearance sections and they've all been great experiences. I keep getting compliments when I'm wearing one of their dresses or tops so I keep ordering...

Terrible Customer Service! This company is awful and no matter how many times I get burnt I keep going back like an idiot because I'm a "Privilege Member" base on the money I have spent with them. When it comes to this company there is nothing privileged about it! The website falsely list times it takes to make the dresses and falsely list the time the dresses will be delivered to you. DO NOT buy anything from this company for an occasion, you will be sorely disappointed; they will never get you anything on time. They also do not warn you that materials fit differently. What may be fit just right to your size in one material may fit extremely snug or extremely loose in another; so giving them your measurements is pointless please trust me on that! And don't get me started on returns... It takes just as long to get your money back on a return as it does to "make a dress". This company is just all around bad.

I've bought 3 dresses, a skirt and a shirt and they're all great! I've customised each and the sizing has worked well. In fact, because of their sizing charts I was successfully able to buy one of those ugly christmas dresses (with Gamiss) that actually fitted! The pockets are amazing and I would buy more of their dresses for work if I wasn't currently home with kids.
