I have approximately 20 pieces of clothing (dresses and shirts) from Eshakti. I love them all! I have women constantly stop to ask where I have bought my clothes and ask if they were made just for me. I have had great customer service - phone and email with the company. I have only had to return one item out of many orders; I was easily able to return it for a refund. There are new items added daily and I can't wait to check them every morning! I always use the custom sizing and love how each item fits like a glove.

I have ordered 50 dresses so far from E-shakti and only had to return 3! The fit is on point, the fabrics are beautiful and the customization allows for so much creativity on the clients part, I order for my whole family and the prices are so reasonable, please stay that way and THANK YOU from my family!

I love the unique prints and the unique silhouettes... I'm not just saying that--I wear a lot of dresses. I do love the variety. I have ordered knit dresses in the past because I hate ironing. I decided to try the crepe and georgette on my last order. They were both gorgeous and I got a lot of compliments. One dress came later than first indicated, but they emailed to tell me of the delay which I appreciate. I had no deadline to wear it anyway. I wore the off shoulder floral crepe maxi dress to one day of my "Be courageous!" regional convention and it didn't seem to wrinkle at all... LOVE! I wore the georgette floral tiered (knee length) dress to the meeting and it seemed to wrinkle just a little.

I love every article of clothing I have purchased from eShakti. I even purchased my wedding dress there after being a loyal customer for multiple years! First time buyers should pay close attention to measurement and fabric details and be aware that the shipping takes some time. I know when I order something, it's not going to be here the next day, and I am content waiting as I am always satisfied with my purchase.

I've been ordering tops, dresses, and jackets from Eshakti for a long time (8 years I'm guessing). I even bought my 'mother of the groom' dress from this site. Clothes are well made, fit me beautifully, and less expensive than the comparable items I find at Nordstroms or other upscale department stores. I'll be ordering from them forever

I shop at eShakti religiously. The clothing there is amazing quality, far better than anything Ive seen in our US stores in this price range. Ive been buying their clothes for five years now, and every piece looks like it did the day I took it out of the box. The hems are strong and I never see fraying. I am a plus size woman and I love how thick their knots are! Many knit dresses are thin and show every ripple underneath, but eShaktis knits are soft but sturdy. I love the you can customize the neckline, sleeves and hemline and almost always customize something. I am shy about my arms so I usually wear elbow sleeves, and I have a large bust so sometimes I need to choose a higher neckline to keep it work-appropriate. Their fit and flare dresses flatter my body amazingly well! I wore a knit eShakti dress yesterday (red with embroidered butterflies) and no exaggeration, I got at least a dozen compliments on the dress! Everyone from WaWa coffee baristas to strangers at work to patients were saying things like oh, you look so pretty! I love your dress! It made my day:)

As a frequent customer, I almost always have a special coupon for additional discounts or free shipping, in addition to the great sales they often have. Yes, the shipping can take a while but is improving and the clothes are WORTH THE WAIT! On the rare occasion that I receive something that doesnt flatter me, I can return it right away using a prepaid label that comes in the box... even if the dress was customized for me, they took it back and issued a store credit (what I asked for) without any problem whatsoever. I really cant say enough good things about my experience with the company. The quality for the prices is outstanding in this modern world where everything costs $50 and looks like it cost about $1 to make, and falls apart after ten washes. Not so with eShakti!

I've been purchasing eShakti dresses consistently since I first discovered them about 18 months ago. I have ordered a total of 11 dresses, all of them custom sized to me and with changes to things like neckline and sleeves. Not all of them have been winners - I've returned 4 dresses where the style doesn't fit my shape well. But that's actually my favorite part about this company. I get the ability to RETURN CUSTOM CLOTHES. I can give them my measurements, tweak the dress to be the style I like, and if I had poor judgment of how the style would look on me, they let me return it so I can try again. As a person with an "unconventional" body shape (read that as fat, tall, small-busted, and wide-shouldered) eShakti is a lifesaver. I can get cute dresses that are unique and show my personal sense of style, rather than buying whatever just happens to fit me from a local mall. And all the dresses have pockets. That's enough said right there.

I've been purchasing items from eShakti from years because of their beautiful clothes, customization opportunities, high quality construction, and pockets! I'm extremely picky about my dresses, so picky that I usually make my own clothes, but eShakti is one of the 3 companies I give my business to when I make clothing purchases because I've never been disappointed with their product. Their sizing is spot on, their turnaround time is amazing given that they make everything to order, and returns are very easy if something isn't perfect. EShakti is a wonderful company to work with!

I've bought 3 dresses from here. One a few years ago and more recently 2 more. I've never done the custom sizing but I've been pleased with how they fit. I also love that every dress defaults to pocket and not just tiny useless pockets but nice deep pockets that will easily hold a phone and small wallet. The fabrics are high quality and aren't super thin and the stitching is strong. I also love that they customize them for height so that it hits exactly where it's supposed to when if you're shorter or taller than "normal".

I LOVE eshakti. I always love the clothes - particularly their skirts. Its a bit of trial and error sometimes to figure out what length to get or on sizing but I've never had any issues at all. I love the clothes they do in the dupioni fabric - it looks way more expensive than it is.

I've notice folks on here complaining about the returns but I have had no issues. I will say that because I buy so much from Eshakti that I chose to take a credit to my account rather than a full refund in cash or to my credit card. But honestly - my experience has been just great!

Don't buy from eshakti because if you have to return something you will lose your shirt!
A poorly fitting item I returned cost $105 and I was refunded $69. They didn't refund taxes and customs that they can get credits on with returns, they charged shipping and handling and the customization fee. It was a lousy fit with a ton of extra fabric. So with return postage of $15, I'm out $50 u.s.
Horrible and expensive experience. Still haven't received even the $69 credit and it's been almost 3 weeks. BEWARE IF YOURE ORDERING FROM CANADA!

I have been buying dresses and skirts from eShakti for years and have always been more-than-pleased with the selection, design, quality, fast delivery, and especially the ability to customize size and style. A unique company! Now eShakti offers masks, and what a way to make a difficult situation bearable! These are not just beautiful, but I can coordinate the many styles with my clothes, and the quality is - as always - top-notch! I love the long straps to keep them from going lost when I take down the mask temperorily. Leave it to eShakti to bring us beauty in EVERYTHING we wear!

I was very hesitant about having a dress made to fit my daughter that has a little bit of tummy. Her body doesn't resemble at all the one of the models in the pictures. I am so happy that I did! I gave in all her measurements and wished for the best. The result? A beautiful dress that fits her perfectly! I am just sad that I didn't know about eShakti before! I will be buying many more dresses for her, for me and for my other daughters as well. Thank you eShakti for a job well done.
