Hey, this is my first purchase of straight hair bundles from you guys. I chose straight hair at first because I thought it was the basic texture to test the hair quality of your company. I just received the parcel yesterday, and when I opened it, I was very happy. Because the hair is of good quality, it feels very smooth, no tangle, no shedding, and is a natural color, which makes it look more realistic. I like this hair very much and will buy in bulk next time. A good shopping experience! Thank you very much!
I have tried reaching out to the company for weeks about an order and can not get a straight answer or response from anyone. I have been told to reach out to a colleague, email customer service, and contact them through what's app. I have done all that and still can't get an answer about my order. Finally I asked why they are ignoring me and was told "I forgot to respond" but still never for a response my question about an order., They are definitely bad business and have no customer service skills what so ever.

Hair is beautiful 1st time trying microloop hair and I like it I referred friends and will be ordering again. Seller was on point with communication until hair arrived very excellent customer service. Thank you for good hair and good customer service.
I just got my hair don't today & I'm so I love with my hair, it's so perfect & soft no complaints at all, I really do recommend & the price it is amazing
After writing this review they contacted me and said it had been delivered but I still have no wig so I guess I am just out of my money do not order from these people
I place an order for a wig about 2 months ago for my granddaughters prom got an email saying because they was behind that the wave would not be there in time so we went out and purchased another wig knowing that her birthday was 2 weeks later and we could use it for that still did not come out of my money and still no wigs

The seller is very kind and it got here at a reasonable time. I love the hair texture. It matches mine very well. And does a great job at filling in those spots I need help in.
I am in love with this wig! The quality is amazing and I can not wait to wear it. It can be used in the middle and side part. Highly recommend!
