I found Escrow.com while looking for some added protection in purchasing a vehicle with a lien against it, and I'm glad I went with them! They have moved everything along very quickly, and one of their customer service agents (named Kana) kept me in the loop during the whole process. I will absolutely use them next time I need to make a major purchase or sale - they keep both the buyer and seller protected, and their team takes the time to answer all of your questions.

Payments status
In buying a domain, I was concerned about managing the financial aspect and making sure we got what we expected, especially since we were buying from someone overseas. There were some minor hiccups (didn't know that the Concierge-level service would not be available over the weekend, and that wires were required above a certain amount). But overall, it made the transaction feel more secure, and smoothed out what might have been a bumpy exchange.
Timely resolving the issue would be great so I did not have to call back

Our first impression was that the site was easy to use for both the buyer and the seller. Setting up the escrow accounts proved easy and repeatable for numerous clients. One of our customers was very difficult and refused to acknowledge their receipt of milestones, which held our funds in limbo for over eight months. Be very cautious if you have a milestone transaction with escrow.com. It seems like it would work better with a simple transfer transaction. I will say that the customer service we received from Kana was exceptional. Kana really went above and beyond to work with us to resolve the issues with our customer and her attention and perseverance definitely helped us out in a big way. Overall, it can be a good service, but definitely do your research beforehand and make sure that you are comfortable with how they will resolve any issues that might arise.

Milestone Escrow services.
While I have to admit there are some frustrations with escrow.com in there process, such as there is no tracking number for a vehicle shipment. Also both parties (seller and buyer) need to ensure that they are following the process correctly and escrow.com could be better at prompting the seller or buyer when information is needed or to proceed with the next step.
I would like to focus on the customer service rep who helped me yesterday ensure that the process was moving along. After several frustrating email attempts, I spoke with a gentleman in customer service who had the seller and buyer on the line simultaneously and was able to push the process through.
The transaction has not been completed. But after this latest communication I have a little more faith that it will proceed accordingly.

I appreciated the human touch in having a rep sending an email. The one star deduction is in regards to the UI, some of the hyperlinks jumped back to the homepage instead of desired destination. The dash could make it clearer as to what stage the process we are in.

Overall the process was very good. There are live people you can talk to with questions that guided me through the process. The website's form would only work through google chrome which took extra time but that was the only hicup.

What was not good though, was the login in attempts to view the transaction. The site would not let me access the transaction without only seeing payment options. The time lag was not good either, as the other party was slow to post.
Prompt Email interaction would be fine but I also appreciated kana calling me back for the payment approval status

It's hit or miss, I've been hung up on 4 times. But, every once and awhile someone will go out of there way. Verifying funds can be extremely daunting. Especially with the verification process. Customer service and "proof of funds" severely needs to be updated. This should not be so difficult for a buyer.

It was smooth was scared at first because i didn't know this website at all but it was a nice transaction but my only issue current is not with the website it's getting in touch with the former owner to understand the suppilers and how they run thier ads and ad information yes this more so on me for not getting the information i admit that i just hope they reply but my experience with escrow was very smooth
