Cancelled my account back in June 2016. February 2nd, 2017, I noticed a charge from them so I called them and got it reversed. Then I noticed that they have been charging me every month since September. They said they couldn't help me because it's too late to get a refund that far back. What a scam

I was redirected from a web site to escam, I got out but they already had my name and email. Then the spam emails started, the unsubscribe link doesn't work. 6 calls to customer support saying I was not in their system, asking for credit card info, hanging up on me, rude comments - 'here's how I can help you, BYE BYE' and then hangup on me. Couldn't escalate to a manager. All I want them to do is stop sending me email.
Same happened to me, the phone line was breaking up, I couldn't hear the representative, which was selling me more stuff. Then they asked me where I found their Customer Care number, and indeed it is hard to find, and I was lucky to make a snapshot on my ipad when I was filing in the application. The number is nowhere to be found after submittion is done. So, for those who made same bad decision to go with this company, here is the number: *******264
You get ONE credit report/score and credit monitoring for ONE credit bureau (Mine is TransUnion, I'm not sure if it varies by member) for the $29.95/month.
Identity monitoring? Another $9.95/mo
In order to cancel your free (for 7 days) trial, you're obligated to call.
When you call in there are no problems. However the moment you tell the agent you want to cancel, the call 'starts breaking up'. How convenient.
Happened twice in a row, and both times, reception was perfect till I uttered the dreaded 'C' word. Then suddenly the call started breaking up.
At the same point.
Twice.
They'll try to lead you through their cancellation 'process'. You needn't sit through it. Broken record that you are cancelling your account, and that they need to cancel. You'll get a confirmation number (if you can understand it), as well as an email confirming it.
Also, they will ask for you phone # when you call in, to find your account. You're not obligated to provide it, you can use your member ID #
Escore is piss poor! I was told I was getting a refund and that it takes 7-10 business days. I continued to call through the week and at least 4 agents informed me that they refund was approved. I called today and they tell me they can't issue a refund. They talk over while speaking and I've been dealing with the issue for a while now. To top it off I was hung up on twice! The reason for the refund was because i was charged a week later and a refund was issued because I wasn't able to see all 3 bureaus. Im not recommend this site to anyone!
Charged my card After I cancelled. Talked to 4 different operators over 3 week time and was told they were running behind or they sent an email verification. Now they are charging my card A Second Time! I cancelled! Ugh. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!
This is a scam I cancelled the same day I did the trial you can barely hear the representatives when you call them and I was provided with a confirmation number yet still they charged my card $29.99
This site is a joke. I accidentally got e-mailed a woman's welcome e-mail... and it included her name, address, and password. I contacted the company to let them know, and they were trying to get me to confirm my identity by asking me the last four digits of my credit card. I have never heard of this company before... nor do I have an account. Why do they need that information? When I asked them that they should call this poor woman to let her know about this breach, they didn't have her phone number. I also asked them to change their password for her since I technically had access to her information, and they said they didn't have the ability to do that. Wow. Just wow.
I was charged back in August, called to cancel and again in Oct was charged 29.98 without my knowledge. They claim it takes 3 to 5 days to process cancellation request and another 3 to 5 days to get it to your bank.
This company is the worst I've dealt with and that's saying something. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM THEY WILL NOT STOP CHARGING YOUR CREDIT CARD
