“Don't let this business fool you - they have few bad quality staffs-therapists!”

I went in for my massage appointment, met with a Mary (60-70s). Before I Mary came to get me, I had to sign something I suppose it was her paper she drew up don't recall signing something in the past with Betty (therapist). Mary and I went into the massage room and was discussing my issues to treat and to relax me. I came to relax but with this therapist, she was forward with me in the beginning by her tone and I took it personally and reacted to her tone. We had a bad start. The bed seem a bit high as I said if I can get something to step on to get on there as I told her my back problem but she just more like said I can get on there. I finally was able to slowly crawl myself there. Then I undressed down to my undergarments assuming what she had me to sign that I could leave my undergarments on or take all of it off and if feel uncomfortable can refuse the service. So when I got done undressing, she came in and gave me hard time not taking certain undergarments off as she said she can't seem to massage if I don't take it off so I gave in to not have to deal with more dispute from her. During our session, she acted like she knew everything, like she was a doctor when I have physical disabilities myself and said I don't have this or that. I came there to relax and not really to talk the whole time and it seem like we did as she seem to want to carry a conversation throughout, then I gave in. Throughout this experience was half and half okay after she manipulated our conversation where we could proceed on with this massage. It wasn't a pleasant experience nor that great of a massage but she gave me enough information that I could use for myself daily, should I use it. I felt this therapist, Mary, is a lunatic and a manipulative person but her staff doesn't seem to say anything; and if they did, they would have taken care of this problem so other customers don't have to deal with non-sense such as this. I wasn't still happy with what I experienced from there in the past and with Mary so I put a review online on them and then a day or so I called up to f/u with the manager there, I think it was Casey, to call me but she NEVER did call me. So the next day, she turned around to email me for a refund and told me why they don't want me there to service me. I noticed this business has an A+ rating with BBB and no comment or complaint on them but I"m surprised people don't want to say anything on them for fear assuming to lose their preveledge with them using their service and will hurt other certain customers of their experience. When I see something doesn't seem right with a business, I will voice it, so others won't have to go through non-sense when paying for their services. When Casey or Kascia emailed me notifying me my refund, I responded that she only heard ONE side and the best of luck to her business there. Note: she NEVER called me to resolve this.
