BEWARE of 15% restocking fee on ANY returned item. This information is buried in the fine print on their return policy - under the "return instructions" site. I would avoid this company for just this reason.
I ordered an electronic product from erwincomputers and it arrived in the wrong size. I have now been holding for over 40 minutes, waiting for a customer service representative, listening to the same Coldplay song, repeated endlessly.
Ordered and item for Christmas present and had confirmation. Contacted when proper time allocation was achieved. Product had never shipped, no way to monitor on-line. Called to check on and spend 21 minutes and 30 seconds on hold before the line went dead. Sent e-mail and got rude response. Left in a pinch for alternative for present with 3 shopping days left. Great Job Erwin Computers!
