Today I received the parcel, how nice to receive such a work of art. Thank you very much. I will order more. Thank you.
I didn't even finish signing up, I entered my email address and a password, then decided against using the website as I didn't see where it said there was a $20 something fee to use the site (a good laugh as I found the website as a "gig" on craigslist... where you can get errands to run or post errands for FREE). Now I get emails from "Sarah" (if that's a real person) at least once a day if not twice and I can not get them to stop! I've already responded with my disinterest due to the price numerous times and have now threatened negative reviews... nothing, so here I am. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

When I've seen their ad on facebook, I got instantly interested. Created an account and suddenly they asked for a payment which is weird, since I'm there to make money, not spend, but since it was only 99 cents to try for 2 weeks it looked good to me.
Anyways, I then searched for them on google and found those reviews posted here. Some people hated them so much that I got really skeptical but those reviews are old and some of the newest ones are ok, so I decided to give it a try after all 1 dollar is all I would lose.
I'M SO GLAD I DID IT! After applying for 3 dog walking tasks, got a reply from 1 on the same day, we talked and agreed to do it the next day! I made $30 and spent just $1.
I decided to come here and to write a review right away. People need to know that it's not a scam or w/e, it's super legit and it's worth a shot for just $1.

Review: I LOVE this site. Can't believe I only just found out about it a couple of weeks ago, but I'm telling everyone I know and preaching on the internet. So easy to use, easy money, and CHEAP. I've done these types of things before and the company always ends up taking half of what you make as their 'fees'. But not this site. You pay a cheap annual subscription and keep everything. Sign up, you won't regret it.
I was looking for someone reliable to clean my house and needed it done ASAP. After posting an errand on this site, I messaged a few of the best looking candidates and after talking to them, I closed a very good one!
I will use the service again soon.

Months of fighting with the bank to stop them and finally closed the account to stop their stealing my money NO JOBS OFFERED
Got a cleaning job after 3 days. Definitely worth a shot if you are looking for cleaning tasks. Got a couple more and I'm in for 2 weeks.
Not sure about the other jobs or locations, but here in NY it's a gem.

I used errand tribe to find someone to help me with walking my dog. Pro's of the site are that its easy to use and there's lots of people signed up. Cons are that everyone appears the same. You can't leave feedback on the person you connect with, or give them a star rating. My first dog walker agreed to meet me at my house at 5pm and did not show up, call to cancel or anything and I had to find someone else. I would have liked to have left a review on them. A few tweaks and I think this could be really much improved.
I'm literally blown away at all the cool things you can get online now and love that I can even find someone to do stuff around the house for me. Pluses for me are there are lots of people in my city who apply to every job I put up. I find someone quickly every time, and usually the prices are way less then if I went with another company so I usually tip. Thanks for this cool new service.
This website is undoubtedly a scam. There appears to be one employee, "Sarah," a pretty stock photo person who does all the marketing and "customer service." I never paid for anything and instead emailed customer service twice requesting a free trial in exchange for an honest review of the site, given its scant social media presence, lack of an app, and little info elsewhere. "Sarah" did give me a code for a 14-day free trial and I spent two days requesting errands. Two things really struck me: 1) That there was no additional description for these errands--e.g., "House painting" (no description) in Beverly Hills (no map) by Person X (no last name)--vague descriptions are always suspect--and 2) The same vague errands appeared day after day, with only the name of the requester changing. I know they appeared for more than two days because before becoming an official subscriber, I could see these errands described this way, always assuming a subscription would give me more information about the jobs.
Total scam! Not even good at faking it! Check out their FB page--108 likes. My dog could become a greater social media sensation than that! I feel silly for entertaining it for even 48 hours.
Customer service is going to lure you to subscribe to a $20 per month membership by offering a 2 week subscription for $2. They manage their clients are certified by making them pay a $24 fee to have a background check done. Can't afford it? They let them go to dumb suckers homes until they pay to have the background check done, putting at risk everyone who desperately needs work done, but the site is greedy.
When you attempt to log in, you can use the same password and username, and even change it and immediately enter it precisely as you chanted it AND use copy and paste to do so, and their service will block your access. This sequence of events occurred to me on two different occasions and instead of fixing the issue, the staff member not only terminated my account, she blocked my ability to sign up again from my phone number and email address. When I requested a refund for the services they never provided me with, and received no response after 2 weeks in email or phone call, I know giving them any money was a huge mistake and regret doing so. DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS! THEY TAKE YOUR FINANCIAL INFO AND DON'T PROVIDE SERVICES AND DON'T PROVIDE REFUNDS WHEN YOU SHOW THEM HOW BADLY THEY ARE SCREWING UP!
I've largely enjoyed using Errand Tribe to find random jobs. I much prefer the subscription model to other companies who take a huge cut out of what you make. I'd like to see some improvements made to the site like more information on the jobs, but I understand that the company may be new and will improve over time. Overall I my impressions are positive!
Didn't win any errands in my first month on the site and customer service upgraded me to a lifetime member at no extra cost. Really easy to get a hold of and very responsive! Received feedback and recommendations on my profile from customer service who helped me write a better profile and actually won 2 errands the next month. Really happy and I'll be spreading this on social media too. Recommended.
I signed up for ErrandTribe two months ago and have had 0 errands. They have a $7.99 start up fee to begin with. Another monthly fee for $13.99 (if you signed up for their monthly service and not annual service). You waste 3 days of your monthly subscription waiting for them to post your profile and more time while they upload your photo. My photo originally uploaded sideways which obviously didn't look professional so I emailed them to change it and never heard back from them, nor was it changed.
You can only sign up for 5 errands per day as well, which was not in the details when I signed up. After I tried uploading a different picture (that uploaded the correct way) I noticed there was a way you could get your 'background verified'. This way the people that post an errand can see you're more trustworthy I guess. A background check, which costs an additional $32.99, is given out to everyone I think. There are no details about the check and how they get your information or anything so I assume it's just a way to get extra money from you. Also, it takes an extra 3 days to get verified as well, which cuts into your monthly fee.
After 2 months of this 'service', and applying to my daily limit of 5 errands every single day for the last 60 days, I have had ZERO errands. Total waste of my time and money. Please DO NOT sign up for this.
Review: Working with Errand Tribes for a few months now. Honest opinion is that it won't keep you busy full time. I would guess they're a pretty new company, and although the idea is good, it's not going to be full time work. Expect a few gigs a week, but definitely not gauranteed every day. You have to put the effort in too, as they don't just send you jobs, you need to apply for them in there marketplace as they call it. So you check in every day and look in your city for jobs and get contacted by customers direct. So don't expect it to be full time.
Hidden costs!
Even if they are minimal, they are still hidden costs not made clear that are optional or required. I signed up with a dirt cheap subscription but the background check brought it right back to the original price? I wrote and complained but was told that the back ground check is an optional perk. I don't feel that it is optional because I wouldn't feel comfortable even providing the service to a client with out my own back ground check performed on myself and I am as honest as they come. SCAM?
I've used errand tribe three times now to find help with some of my household errands. 1. Dog walking. 2. Cleaning. 3. Cleaning (again). All three times I've used the site I've found someone who applied quickly, and have been overall impressed. The Errand people have been consistently helpful, friendly and went beyond my expectations. Once the cleaning person arrived without any of his own cleaning equipment and I had to provide and I think that should have been clearer before.
No support; not real listings. Scam, stay away. Do not give these scammers money. Totally fake; not one response and im filing BBB complaint; shouldve looked them up before signing up; im so dumb
Really happy I found this site after a friend of mine had meen using it and recommended it to me. Very simple to use, and similar to say Uber where you just connect with people who need your help. Interface could be improved but it doesn't detract from the experience.
Despite several negative reviews here and elsewhere, I signed up and payed for this service. I regret it. Stay away from signing up for this service. Seems to be bogus thus far.
I have a really busy life and don't have time for household chores. I work three jobs and my husband works 60 hour weeks. You can find people to help with household stuff like cleaning and the prices are good! It's no frills and low cost with good service overall.
Found them on a facebook ad, registered for a trial account and got a job less than a day later! Great for people who need money and are willing to work for it.

Great job! Found someone quickly, they came fast, and did a good job. Can't really say enough positive things about this site. I have my Errand Task person an extra $40 tip. Would work with them again any time of the week.
Easy money. If you have some time on your hands and don't like working for a boss then sign up and make some money doing a good honest days work.
