After searching locally for my needed part…no luck my usual parts supplier suggested I try online. After searching all the sites, I decided to go with eReplacement Parts based on their online reviews. True or false who knows these days. Well my experience was great. First I want to say that your business is top notch when it comes to customer service. Braid nailer from early 2000 and some parts are not compatable with my BN125A gun. They sent me the urathane rings for under the housing cap which where to small in diameter. So returned and chose other o-ring from help with their sales rep. Wrong piece again so I called and got credit without having to send them back. Then I decided to try the rubber o-rings anyways. So happy I did because they worked making my guns operational. I ordered a gas tank from them found through a good search but it was a misleading link. Tried to cancel immediately using 2 different email addresses. They did not process the request or even respond to my emails. Would not use them again. Poor customer service and response.

Was easy to pick out needed refrigerator parts on there website. First part showed up 2 days later, the second the next week. The parts were an exact match easy to replace, one drawer and one glass tray with brackets.

I ordered a Dewalt planer drive belt along with some miscellaneous parts one evening. I called early the next day to see if they could delete a retaining ring from the order, as I realized it wasn't needed. The associate made a personal effort to reach the packer to take the item off my order, gave me credit immediately, (even if the packer wasn't able to delete the ring), and I got my order the next day. A lot of care shown over a $4.00 part. I appreciate the good service that I have enjoyed over the last 5 years or so and will continue to be an appreciative customer in the future!
