Lawnmower cable for my Troy-Bilt initially appeared hard to choose because the mowers info sticker had worn off. However eReplacement parts listed the year the mower was made along with the parts lists so I narrowed it down. The part wound up fitting correctly due only to the face they went out of their way to put the year the mower was made in their descriptions. Also they provided expanded parts diagrams. Very helpful. Will head to them first for business.

Ordered #2 of an item. Only received 1.4 phone calls with their customer service reps who were nice and could see that I needed a refund since the item was on backorder and 2 were shipped, not 1. All they could do is request a refund, not issue it directly to me. After waiting almost 3 months later and finally getting my bank involved to dispute the charge, THEN ereplacements quickly responds and says they'll give me a refund. The bank already gave me the credit back, because waiting for this site, you'll never get your money OR your order.

While looking in my original manual for my Porter Cable brad nailer, the receipt fell out. The nailer was purchased in 1999 and I thought no way will I find my parts. I was pleasantly surprised to see that eReplacementParts.com had everything I needed. In less than a week I had my nailer back up and running and it works like new again. I'm including a pic inside the nailer where the plastic parts disintegrated. Thanks for your excellent service!

The website is easy to navigate and find what you need. You can look up by manufacturer name, model number, and even item type (cordless drill). I had to get 2 parts (5 pieces total) for my router and not only did I find my parts but instructions for installation. I'm pretty comfortable with small repairs but it was nice to know they don't just sell parts or cater to experienced repair people. They make things easier for everyone. I received my parts quickly and was able to get my router running in no time.

Tip for consumers:
Have you model number if possible when looking up parts to make sure you find the items and to speed up your purchase.

I ordered replacement parts for my Porter Cable 20 volt sawzall on December 29 2023and its been almost 1 month to this day Jan 26 2024 and no parts. I canceled my order after talking to a service rep and she said some parts were back ordered. I had NO indication of that when I ordered and no update from them at all. This company used to be reliable but no more. I will NEVER order from them again.

Was easy to find on the website. Description and photograph was clear. The item was exactly what I needed. Received it in a reasonably timely manner. Price was reasonable. BUT, it did not come with the hose clamp described and shown. The inner package had been opened and taped up for some reason which tells me that happened before it was inserted into the outer shipping package. I used another hose clamp and it worked, but it's nice to get all you paid for...

The Kitchenaid (Whirlpool) door seal was a perfect replacement part for the 10 year old compromised original seal on my dishwasher. Simple to install. Functioning like new. The delivery took a bit longer than anticipated, compared to previous tool part orders. Still, very satisfied.

I have had a solid experience with this company. Whether it be for odd parts for machines by Dad has passed down to me or a simple blade for a late model lawnmower, I always get what I need. One example, I have a big 1983 Toro snowblower that my Dad bought new. I refurbished it with new belts, spark plug, gas line and carburetor. That saves a TON of money and is also satisfying in general. Brick and mortar stores just don't have the inventory given all the products on the market. Save yourself the hassle and shop with these folks.

Although it is not always easy to find what you are looking for, and sometimes fixing is as costly as buying newer models, when you make a successful repair you realize what you kept from the landfill and from scrap yards. I feel I have respected the effort that goes into creating tools while learning how things work. At the finish I have something that works for me and often it costs less than a replacement and works just as well or better.

I installed the garage ready "heater" in my garage refrigerator recently. The order process was super simple, and the shipping arrived quicker than I anticipated because of COVID-19. I needed two tools, a nut driver and a cross tip(Phillips) screwdriver. It will take you literally 15 minutes from start to finish! More like 6-8, if you have nothing in the way! Easy, easy, easy!

Dont believe the amount of time that they say your item will be delivered even paying for the two day shipping I waited 8 days.

Tip for consumers:
Shipping sucks dont believe the extra money you pay for 2 day shipping. This is outrageous and have emailed them twice about a refund and nothing yet except they are real busy.

Needed replacement for broken planer dust vac attachment. The original manufacturer told me the part was unavailable unless I purchased as part of the subassembly. $$$$

After I ordered my parts which was very easy. I waited for them to arrive about a week later I received about email stating I was getting a refund and my parts had been returned. I never received the parts nor did I return them. It was something automatic that happened for whatever reason. I called customer service for help. They didn't know why the return happened but did help me order new parts.

DeWalt should have known the cord locking ring on their DW 421 was likely to fail IF the router got dropped and landed on the power cord. Well, mine got knocked over and sure enough!
EReplacement did their part in getting my order ready to ship but unfortunately, the Postal Service took 4 days to move a tiny padded mailer from Salt Lake to Phoenix. Anyway, not eReplacements fault.

I have a small Craftsman air compressor that I needed an oil fill plug for. I had broken the original plastic plug and was unable to find the part due to Sears going out of business. Not being able to verify the thread, I could not even find a simple metal plug as a substitute. Then I happened on this website, ordered the part and had it in a week or so. The shipping cost more than the part but I was saved the hassle of trying to find a substitute at probably close to the total cost paid anyway.

Ordered starter housing and carburetor. They looked, fit and performed like original parts, possibly were
Original manufactured parts. The starter housing took 2 days longer to arrive than I expected but
Otherwise was excellent. Craftsman (4 cycle engine) string weed eater started right up after repair.

We have a Presto electric griddle, and the drip tray was finally dropped enough to cause a leak. EReplacmentParts had EXACTLY the model to fit our very well-loved grill, and we received it within 2-3 days. AWESOME. Very happy with the quality and service. Over 30 years ago, I bought an old, used pressure cooker from a swap meet. Over time, the seal just wouldn't seal. I looked up the part and found it from this site. It was a perfect fit! It also came with a plug, so I replaced that as well. When I ordered it, I received an email of purchase, then another that it was mailed. Within 3 days, I had everything I needed to cook again! My neighbor was the most excited because I could cook him some beans again! It fits perfectly!

Best customer service ever. Their website was easy to navigate, and I was able to find the replacement parts for my Penn fishing reel. I made the purchase and immediately received a friendly email with a confirmation receipt of purchase. 3 hours later I received an email that my parts had shipped. Fastest turnover of anything that I've ever ordered online. I was pleasantly suprised that the parts arrived quickly because I had friends flying into Hawaii to visit. I was able to make the repairs and take them fishing as planned. I will definitely recommend eReplacementParts to friends.

I needed a new discharge chute for my lawnmower. Also decided to replace the air-filter while I was at it.

Went on the website. Found the part numbers. Ordered them. They arrived in a few days. I've used the mower a few times now. Both parts fit and seem to be working fine.

The first representative spent close to an hour trying to figure out which parts I needed for a 20-year-old lawn mower motor. The schematics were not a lot of help.
Unfortunately, when the parts arrived, one was wrong. So I called and explained my problem. The agent said there was only one other part that could be it (an oil seal - about 1 1/4" in diameter). She then refunded the wrong one before charging me for the right one - and did not charge postage. This was a lot of effort and expense for a purchase that in total amounted to less than $40.
Yes, I would recommend this company!

Ordered a riding mower muffler, provided essential information and received product fast and is a perfect fit.
I am a DIY person, a lot of YouTube learning, product did not come with instructions but I am very pleased with the service. I had tried another parts company before and had no feedback about my order, cancelled order for lack of no communication.
