I came across eRelease by chance when I saw Mickie on a YouTube video explaining their services and how the set themselves apart from the rest. I wanted to try them out and I'm glad I did. Capresha and Megan were quick to respond to all my emails and explained the entire process on phone. They also did a thorough review of the press release before we sent it out. Helped me select the distribution lists too. However, I'd have preferred if at the time of actual filling the order form there was also some explanation of distribution lists - most were obvious but some were not. Otherwise, filling order form was a breeze.
