This company has the parts I need to repair my yard equipment so I can keep it going, they save me a ton of money from having to purchase replacement equipment! Keeps items out of the graveyard! Need to return or exchange? No problem! They make it easy! Great company.

I placed my order on August 16, received an email on August 17 that my order had shipped, and there has been no movement on the shipment of my order. When I check the shipping, I see this message, "Package yet to be tendered to OnTrac"— yet, I was told the order was shipped. Then, on August 26, I sent an email hoping for an update—no response. Yesterday (August 31), I emailed requesting an update again—again, no response. I'm OK with a shipping delay—but just would like some communication. There has been zero communication about my shipment's progress, where things have been held up, and why it has been delayed. And that's the most frustrating part of this whole experience.
