Don't use e_pier sellers, they promised I can return an item and when I tried they ignored me for over 10 days and closed the return without contact me. On top of it, when I asked for ebay's help they told me it's between the seller and me. Very upset and never will use ebay again

I initiated the registration process over one week ago. I still have yet to receive the "confirmation email" from them to complete my registration. I wanted to bid on an item, and am unable to do so until this email is received to complete the registration. I have emailed them (and the seller) repeatedly, and have not heard one word from ePier's end. Needless to say, I am NOT impressed. In fact, one email address for their company keeps coming back to me as undeliverable. What is going on with this site/company?

This site is like the WILD WEST! At one time they could of destroyed fee bay.
From what I understand is 5 college kids started this auction site but never kept up with it. Theres no support what so ever
