I've been ordering from Epic Sportswear for years. Really. That's where I get my Richardson Pro585 hats. Best fitted hat I've ever had. I come here because I know the product is top shelf. The price is righteous. Never a complaint about shipping, nor the fee. When you know where to find what you're looking for, and can count on your supplier, every time... you stick with them. I don't get paid to speak the truth. This is where the goods are.
I'm so tired of everything being online. You can never get a feel for the quality of something until after you order and pay through the nose for the setup. Granted, my use case is a bit different from Others. I wanted a custom team "jersey" for bass fishing. I've had others and they're multi color screens or direct sublimated printing. These are not screened or sublimated. They are basically vinyl transfers. So they are stiff and plastic feeling. I spent a ton of money on something that won't work. They will be incredibly hot and uncomfortable.
I ordered a exercise tape. They sent me a copy, even had black and white copy paper for title on DVD box. Box was dirty, sticky and food residue. The DVD did not work. After two days and several hours with the return department by chat only, no human contact. They told me they would contact their vendor. I spent more time getting no where for a $20.00 DVD. I am giving a least a 2 because two of the items arrived from another location perfect.
I've messaged the company about a week ago. Telling them how unsatisfied I was hoping they could resolve before I left a review. And I havent heard from them so I'll just leave my review now. So I ordered the boys jersey and it was pretty see through and he wore it 2 days and the seems are already falling apart! Very poorly put together. Will not be buying again.

My stuff got lost in the mail. The tracking info i was given said that there was a problem with the shipping. Upon shipment arrival, which the tracking info had no idea it had arrived. The bag had been retaped by the mail. And stamped with something along the lines of damaged package. So it had ripped open at some point. This i believe had no effect on the quality of the shirt. It arrived fine. But fell apart after wear.

I've had multiple orders over the last two months and only 1 has arrived when they said it would. I'm still waiting on an order that was supposed to be here on the 17th. Customer Service is a joke, one either you chat with a robot or your service tickets are updated with the exact thing that you have already said. Refunds (shipping) are never given for the items being late. Prices are good but shipping is terrible, from now on I will order else where and pay more for the item as to not wait so long on items and high shipping prices!

I made an order that required two shipments. The first box arrived with shipping tape to cover a hole that had been ripped open. The order confirmation didn't specify what was included in each shipment. I contacted EPIC Sports to ask what was supposed to be in the first shipment. They emailed and told me the contents. A portion of the shipment must've fell out of the box during shipment. I have sent multiple emails and tried to make contact with the company so the shipment could be made whole, but I've only received automated responses through email and I can't get anyone to help replace the lost item. A month later and I still haven't the remainder of my order.
Size runs small. Two shirts same size and only one fits. Then I have to pay restocking to send back and if I want to order the next size up I have to pay for shipping again. Disappointing

Team pants arrived with the crotch extending to the knee. Won't be able to use these pants, and can't return due to clearance item. Better descriptions would have kept us from ordering these pants. Reluctant to do any further business with EPIC, unfortunately. Our other order was great. Disappointed.
Had a coupon code sent to me and it did not work. Also, issue with last order has still not been resolved.
I think that the shipping cost is outrageous. However, I wanted to see what this jersey looks like, so forced to pay that high price on shipping. Cost of Jersey was reasonable and the only reason I swallow the cost of that shipping.
The price was right, ordered size XXL and received a L that was marked 2XL in Black marker BUMMER. Haven't had the chance to reach out and see if Epic sports will make it right.
Shipping too high and colors were not as seen on website so when I exchanged, I had to pay double shipping and ate that cost (since I was ordering for team) - made the price ridiculously high. Should have a better return policy to make sure customer gets satisfied order. Would not recommend until return policy changes.
I purchase soccer uniforms for 5 different teams and if it wasn't for the CS chat I would have gave them a 4 star. The uniform are great but runs little big so be careful. When everything is in stock and they don't need to pull from different warehouses and you don't need to speak with CS they would have got a 5 star. The price and quality are fantastic and would buy again. The majority of my orders were super fast and onetime but if you have any issues it will be a nightmare. If you need to talk with CS forget it and take your loss and reorder someplace else or just wait for you order.

The price seems great, as does your selection. My issue is in the ease of use within the site! Constant pop up of a chat window caused me to click out of my current checkout entry multiple times. I nearly gave up to shop elsewhere!
I had a bad experience with a previous order and had to beg two customer service reps, with no satisfaction, to help with my issue. The supervisor determined that the confirmation led to confusion and offered a refund. Your Bots chat does not recognize questions after hours. Should not offer this service after normal business hours if it is going to be this poor. When I think of your company my first thought is epic failure. When I put in the address for my kids college it had an address but won't take a Box # even though my last package went to my post office anyways. When I used his address the difference in economy and standard was $.18. When I had to change it to my address it went up $1.40 for the two services. Too confusing and it will eventually end up at my PO Box.
Disappointed that my order placed on 7/2/20 will not arrive until 7/26/20.

Prices are good, but if you order bulk soccer balls, be advised that many of them either don't hold air or fall apart very quickly. They are made for a 1-2 time use. I would say about 50% or more of my 100+ order is garbage. They won't refund or exchange them either.
I have had a really hard time getting status on a previous order. I received a partial shipment, but did not realize that everything was coming in separate packages.
Preferring to speak to a live person to 1- confirm items were available and in stock 2- Confirm 1-2 days shipping as advertised & 3 - Amount needed to be purchase to receive free shipping. Waited on hold for over 10 min before I was directed to hit "0" for as call back. Decided then to look at reviews, glad I did. Call me an antique but when I spend my money I want to KNOW someone cares on the receiving end, and will do right by their customers. Keeping customers at arms length & once removed isn't being used here as a technology upgrade, but rather avoiding accountability. I've gone somewhere else where someone answers the phone.

I've ordered before and it was great. But today on the specific colored shirts I wanted they did not have the size.
I was very disappointed to see the font size on an Adult large shirt. The logo is the size to fit a youth small. Very dissatisfied with purchase. I will not be ordering anymore team gear. I would return the shirt but it will cost more money to send back.
Purchased close out items which are not returnable. However I was sent the wrong size. When I called to get the correct size I was told that the item was probably in the wrong bin but there was nothing they could do about it. I explained that I purchased the items for my coaching staff and now only 2 of 3 coaches have what I wanted they would be no good to me. I was asked for photos of the tags but when I sent that I was told they needed to be in one photo not two. Total run around. I have placed multiple orders for my volleyball and softball programs. I am so upset with the way I was spoken to by customer service. When I said I will have to take my business elsewhere the response was 'we all have decisions to make'.
Measured players based on chart for pants and most of the pants were way too big…now stuck having to get a seamstress and order more pants because they were considered custom because we added a stripe and non-refundable.
I ordered hats for embroidery for Father's Day. But after ordering wanted to change the shipping address on one product since it was going to take much longer to deliver. Even though it was still in production but hadn't shown any chance of shipping it was impossible to change the address.since there was a delay, we have not received the hat in my possession. It's having to be 3rd party shipped...
I am not in agreement with your shipping charges. Two items (1 order) shipped to same address yet both items charged shipping.....! Will be the last time I order from this site unless charging methods change in the future
I think you should offer better or more deals on bulk pricing - and/or you should offer free shipping over $xx dollars - small businesses use your site to order shirts from.
