I've been ordering from Epic Sportswear for years. Really. That's where I get my Richardson Pro585 hats. Best fitted hat I've ever had. I come here because I know the product is top shelf. The price is righteous. Never a complaint about shipping, nor the fee. When you know where to find what you're looking for, and can count on your supplier, every time... you stick with them. I don't get paid to speak the truth. This is where the goods are.

I'm so tired of everything being online. You can never get a feel for the quality of something until after you order and pay through the nose for the setup. Granted, my use case is a bit different from Others. I wanted a custom team "jersey" for bass fishing. I've had others and they're multi color screens or direct sublimated printing. These are not screened or sublimated. They are basically vinyl transfers. So they are stiff and plastic feeling. I spent a ton of money on something that won't work. They will be incredibly hot and uncomfortable.

Needed to exchange for size only to be alerted during return process that all of a sudden a never worn- not washed - out of bag for quick try on- expensive shirt - not on sale etc etc was NOT RETURNABLE! SCAM! Unable to ever speak to anyone. This company has a very bad business model and nonexistent customer service! Beware!

I purchased 10 golf jackets for my son's high school golf team, out of my own pocket. The start of the season was delayed by the National Health Crisis that most people are familiar with. Apparently, Epic sports is not. Once the golf team was finally picked, I tried to return the ones that didn't fit. The return was repeatedly denied by customer service. Our return policy is 30 days, sorry. Will never do business with them again out of spite.

Cody Patton, customer rep, refused to help when I got him on the phone, which is almost impossible. I could not replace the 11 out of stock items by speaking to a customer service rep. Cody flatly said he could not assist me.
I already had the 11 replacements ready to be dictated. He said the Chat person is available (another false statement since I could not have a running conversation. Everything was a Bot programmed chat. Customer service is substandard. Never had a positive experience with a customer service rep. The system is not customer friendly and your Apps for ordering are only good if the numbers available are accurate. If it is out of stock, the nightmare begins and they are no goodwill to apologize for the delay, disruption, and inconvenience. It is one bad activity to another trying to replace the out of stock. It is either modify the order or cancel plus there is no live customer support. If a customer rep is reached, amazingly unprofessional not trying to help. I lost out on the $20 promo discount & overcharged in the shipping of the reduced number of items. Charged with the more items shipping fee. Very third world "efficiency" and rude customer service culture.

I recently order referee uniforms. What a disappointment. First it is listed as " official uniform " but does not have the required logo to quality as " official uniform. The socks look like my grandma knit it! Absolutely terrible quality!
The uniform shirt has all these dots and stains.
Several emails later Cody the manager is still coming up with excuse... but no return or refund!

I was looking for a dozen jackets for my daughters High School sports team ASAP, since this year's season was cut so short. I saw these jackets at Epic Sports and thought it was "too good to be true," since they jackets were only $5 Ea and an extra $5 for embroidery.
I also paid an EXTRA $80 for overnight shipping since I needed them by Monday for the girls LAST away HS game ever (daughter and a handful of teammates are Seniors, which made the importance of receiving the jackets by Monday a top PRIORITY).
Well guess what... I got notified Monday morning that jackets were done, but haven't even been shipped yet and won't get them until Tuesday. I was livid. My heart sank and I was so disappointed. Especially for my own kid and the others that are graduating in 2 months. They didn't get to wear them to the last away game and all were so upset.
To top the WHOLE experience off I finally get the jackets Tuesday evening, and the jackets are DARK BLUE, not Royal Blue which is what I chose on the picture and their website.
Customer Service takes a week to respond and are not rectifying the situation. You will see below the color they portray online, and then what they send you. I needed them to match the color of the jerseys (also attached).
Correct me if I'm wrong but I think this falls under false advertisement.
I will NEVER use them again or recommend them

NOT WORTH the discounted savings. I purchased a chest protector and the description was not what I received. Trying to reach someone is impossible! You can talk to someone in sales, but they will not help you unless you buy something otherwise they will transfer you back into the que. RE: the return you the customer will pay a restocking fee and pay for shipping. In the end your better off buying from one of the many other companies for your needs. They all will have someone answering phones, No "restocking fees" just a better experience. STAY AWAY from epic sports. It's a rip off!

I received an order from Epic Sports 2 wks ago I've request a return slip for the past 2 wks and no one has reached out to me. Im trying to return before the 30 days and the slip they originally sent me wasn't for the entire return it was only for partial now I want a slip to return all the products and no one is returning my emails. They are the worst company ever I can not talk to anyone no phone number just email. This sucks. I will never order from this place ever again

They have horrible customer service. They have a chat feature and said I was connected to someone and they didn't respond to me for an hour. After placing my order and paying for faster shipping my order is still late due to them not getting it to ups on time. They only want to fix by having me pay for a whole other order and paying for next day shipping. Which is like 40 dollars. When it's there mess up. Do not order others might be slightly more expensive but you will get your products when they say.

Tried to get samples. They won't do. So they told me to order and pay for samples. Which I did. We didn't like the product and went to return. They charge a restock fee for generic samples. RIPOFF. Do not use this company. It is a ripoff. And you have to pay shipping for return. Do not use this company. Liars.

If I didn't have to put a star on the rate, I wouldn't have at all! I ordered 21 Jerseys for a Football team. The description stated that these were Dri-Fit Shirts and Navy Blue. I had names and numbers put on the backs of each jersey. Spent a total of $250.00 on these. The shipping took forever. When I finally received the jerseys I opened the package, just to find that they were not at all what I order! I received Cotton T-shirts that were closer to a grey color. Not even close to navy blue... I emailed the company and "chatted" with them as they DO NOT have a number to call to speak with an actual human. They told me that I should not rely on the images provided on the website for reference when ordering. What sense does this make?!? They have continued to tell me that I received exactly what I ordered and can not process a refund or take these jerseys back due to having custom printing done on the backs of them. Absolutely WORST customer service I have ever received. They could not offer any type of resolution at all. Just argued with me and told me I received the correct items. I have ordered from them so many times and referred them to numerous people and this is how they treat a loyal customer?!? Will NEVER spend another dime on this company. So disappointed. And now stuck with 21 jerseys that will not be used...

Ordered 450 hats on one order, split other hats off that had later ship dates. Large Order was supposed to be here last Friday. Our opening day is Saturday. I had over a week buffer in there. Customer service is a joke. You cant TALK to a live person, only type. I still dont have my hats. Opening day and pictures are in 2 days. They will not over night my order on their dime. So I said fine upgrade my shipping. They said. Oh we cant, it's too late, when 5 minutes earlier they asked if I wanted to upgrade. They were waiting on 2 hats! Hold up 450 hats for 2 hat? And not to mention, the hats that were on back order from my other order that wasnt shipping until May has shipped. Not happy and will never order from here again.

Dont order anything that is in any way needed by a certain date.

I ordered 12 wristbands for my kids 8-10yrs old. First of, I only received 11. Second, these wristbands are TOO BIG for my players. Too Big and too small to put any plays inside.
I bought bigger size wristbands from Amazon for my order team (12-15yr old) and these fit better on the younger kids!
I don't think I'll order from here again. Customer service is a joke!

I ordered a pink or blue purple and gray shirt. In my photo my logo lady is wearing a white shirt. However her shirt is Every color but white on the shirts they sent. There's a white line down the middle of my logo on every shirt. The backgrounds are also a different shade on each shirt. The border Should be white and it to is pink purple blue and gray. On the pink shirt border is kind of wrinkly stuck together. However this company will not refund my money. I will never order from this company again their customer service is $#*! their printers are $#*! also do not order from this company save yourself the disappointment and money. It takes three $#*!ing weeks for the bull$#*! to even arrive and yet they don't want to give a refund. I would never order from them again.

We don't hear anything for 11 days so I email them asking for status and they respond with someone will get back to you

Next day we are told it's out of stock

Why would you take our money and then tell us 12 days later the item is out of stock

I had to email them to get an answer

They haven't even mentioned anything about a refund

Going to file a complainer with my credit card company

Awful company and do not recommend

Order #: xxxxxx purchased 51 pairs of the Champro Youth Scorpion Football Shoulder Pads. Upon taking inventory we removed the tags and the plastic and noticed that the padding was too thin and the overall Shoulder pad was going to be a safety risk if we used them. We made our decision to purchase on the reviews on Epic sports but we quickly could see that they were not informative and must have reviewed a different product. I boxed up the pads in 4 boxes and took them to UPS to ship back and they said the price was $420.00 We are a nonprofit and can afford to lose $420 because of a product that could get our youth sport football players hurt. We have 14 teams in our league. I have bought Thousands of dollars of equipment and also has the other teams in the league because I have always promoted Epic sports. I have over 100 kids that are waiting on this return to find out if we can play the season because of a return situation. My ask is can you help with the shipping and will there be a restocking fee? The kids never tried them on just the board members removed the tag and the plastic to take inventory. Also do you have a warehouse in California? Please help! Xxxxxx Please call me

This is a drop shipping company that just marks up the price. Bought 11 items off of the website. Order arrived pretty quickly, but that's about the only thing good I can say. 3 of the 11 items were sent out of the package and also with stains on them. You can only get "customer service" through their website, which about amounts to them asking the same questions you provided (including photos) that you needed to in order to even send them a message in the first place. Each response from Morgan from the first got worse and worse. Asking for more pics, going to file a claim with the carrier when the box is in fine and perfect condition and the whole process is clearly designed to waste their customers time until they give up. There are so many other sites to buy sports equipment that I suggest you try anyone else than Epic(fail) Sports. BUYER BEWARE!

You should give additional discounts to repeat customers. I have ordered over 2000 worth of equipment through your site and have sent you at least 10 customers that have bought over $200 through referrals after they visit my batting facility . If there is a way to help with the most recent cost I would appreciate it.. I just submitted an order cost to $700. You customer service rep and chats never work or never respond.

Upon having issues with ordering online, I called the company and was not given much help at all.

I was trying to order sets, and had to switch because shorts/shirts of the same sizes were not available. It was very frustrating and then to be treated like i was incompetent didn't help.

Epic Sport has bad customer service. Never order from a vendor that does allow you to speak to a live person. They advertise 24 hour chat but it's not 24 hours and not at all helpful. There also fraudulent, I was told via email that a credit was issued to my credit card, which was a lie. When I tried to follow up I was told via email the account was closed and they can't help me. I have had to retain an attorney because one thing I can't tolerate is a thief.

Awful service at customer service. If you receive a package and something is missing, they will not replace. No one wants to talk on phone, only email or chat. Same person in both and he refuses to replace missing Item. He blames UPS in our case.
Not attacking the business, just the customer service rep.

I purchased a coat for my husband for Christmas, it does not fit. Too large, but sleeves too tight. I have tried to contact them for return, but keep getting automated emails. You can not speak with a person on the phone, they direct you to their website. I would not recommend this company
