I've used EpicSports multiple times and have always had great customer service and communications with them. All items I've ordered were as described and delivered on-time. I will keep using EpicSports for my sporting needs.
The only problem I had with EpicSports if there was a problem at all was they were a bit slow with shipping. I'm used to Amazon and I get my stuff within a few days. With Epic it was a couple of weeks. The equipment however met my expectations, very satisfied.
The merchandise showed up very quickly and was printed correctly. However, EVERY jersey was covered in some sort of brown stains that would not wash out. It left the players making crude jokes and with a sense of disappointment. If the merchandise was stained (every jersey was stained) why wasn't it marked down 80 or 90%?
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.
