I have read many reviews on this site - they seem to love it or hate it.
I check closeout items often, love the low prices on many items. Definitely have to check the sizing charts each brand has different size variances. Some brands run big, some run small. I also usually check reviews for other people who have ordered to see what they say about sizing. (i. E. runs big, order a size smaller; or sizing spot on, etc.)
Also the availability of the color and size you want, especially on closeout items.
I have done online orders only, so I have not dealt with customer service - - but I haven't needed to because the items I order are usually better than what you would expect for the price you pay.
EpicSports is the best place online to order soccer equipment and supplies. Competitive prices, excellent inventory, superior customer service.
Jackets I ordered did not have the cord in the hem of the jackets like the ones I ordered before. Without the cord in the hem it makes the bottom of the jacket stick out and looks strange. I would like to order several more but not til I am sure the jackets have the cord. Can you help?
I bought a varsity jacket for my son. I got the colors I was looking for with all the combintions I requested. The jacket was an excellent price and what appears to be excellent quality. My son has been wearing this jacket consistently since the new year, its a good heavy weight, both the wool and leather look as good as the first day. This is saying something since he is genarally hard on things. Ordering was easy, shipping wasn't bad packaging was nice.
I ordered several items for a college women's swim team. The products were of great quality, arrived in a very speedy amount of time, and the prices were great. I will absolutely order again next year as well as pass the name and site onto others looking for similar products.

The customer service rep contacted the manufacturer to verify I had selected the correct hats prior to ordering. The hats that I received were exactly what I had expected. I hope to be purchasing more in the future.
