There was so many options to choose from it was nice to see so many products at great prices. I will definitely be ordering again. The shipping was fast i received my entire order in less than a week even after selecting the basic shipping option.
Horrible customer service! I ordered uniforms the middle of August, I was supposed to receive them by Sept 6. On Sept 1, I contacted customer support since it still said processing and hadn't shipped yet. I received a notice that it was shipped and I would get the tracking info within 24 hours. On Sept 2 at 4 in the afternoon, I received an email stating that my items were out of stock and backordered. This is horrible, as we needed them by 9/10. I still haven't received my money back either. Horrible, don't use this company!
Everything went smoothly, so this initial experience with the site was good. The site is not as slick as other sites, but it delivered the exact product I needed at the best price I could find from what seemed like a trustworthy site.
Ordered a navy colored letterman jacket from Epic Sports. What I received was black. When called they explained their navy was "very, very dark." I sent them a picture. Then they asked for one taken outside. Then they said they would evaluate the jacket when it was returned. Upon return Epic Sports continued the lie that the jacket was blue and refused to give a full refund or reimburse shipping costs. Lousy customer service, lousy company.
I love our basketball jerseys we received from Epic Sports. I really like the print and color. Our shorts were great as well. Price was good. Wish they were here sooner-but I didn't get my order in as soon as I should have.
I ordered a Molton volleyball, and was told delivery would be by 2/28. I was so surprised when it was delivered a week early on 2/21! Volleyball is in perfect condition for my daughter. And at a price that was not going to break the bank!
I ordered RED softball face masks from there, they sent maroon. I had to pay $40 to ship them back and they wouldn't reimburse me because they said that maroon was the right product. They have poor customer service. I will not buy anything from them ever again. Just go to Amazon, much more easier and better to deal with and will send you the right product.
Very Negative! Ordered a pair of football gloves for my son. Website said they were in stock and paid $27.75 for seconded day delivery. 4 days after ordering I called customer service and the girl said she would have to call me back but looked like they have not even shipped. No call back from customer servive and no gloves for my son's 7 x 7 comp that starts tomorrow. Very negative experience and recommend people stay away from this website.
I appreciate the opportunity to purchase from you. I received my shirt order in a very decent time how ever I should have looked over all the shirts as soon as I got them. One of them had a hole around the neck line and also one of them the neck was made what I can only guess is backwards cause when the person I bought it for put it on the front part of the neck was really high and almost choking her and the back side hung down lower. I could have just had her wear it backwards but I had already put her vinyl print on what was suppose to be the front of the shirt. Other than that I was pleased with my service,
I made an order with Epic sports for mesh sports bags. I'm part of a non profit group supplying bags for recess equipment. When our box was received 1/2 of the merchandise was missing. Because numerous people work for our group the box was tossed before I realized we were missing product. This company refuses to help stating that due to "weight" at time of shipping everything had to have been present. I haven't spoken to a single person willing to help me make this right. I placed my order online and when I finally spoke with a human I was told they couldn't help me because it was an online order. Then they hung up on me mid sentence. By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Do not do business with this company.
My son, a college weightlifter, introduced me to these masks. If they worked for him, I figured they would work for me. So, I ordered some gaiter masks to comply with COVID mandates and also color coordinate my boring wardrobe. The masks are just wonderful and a lot easier to remember and use than those over-the-ear things. I have not submitted them to any real strength tests, like using them to pull a bus or semi. But they seem to be very high-quality to me.
Both of my orders with Epic Sports have been complete sstisfaction. Great selection of products, high quality merchandise, well packaged to protect contents and delivered to my door on time. Highly recommended.
Always good overall but delivery time is never exact. Used your printing team this time and jerseys look like they folded and shipped right after they screen printed them so they do not look great. Hoping that once they are laundered they will look better.
Their prices may seem competitive but go elsewhere. Their shipping is slow and the return policy terrible. If you return something for any reason except that it was damaged or an incorrect item, they make you pay shipping (not unusual I guess) but will ding you with a restocking fee of up to 50%! Yep, half of what you paid! You have to wait on the phone for an eternity to talk to "customer service" to get an RMA email, and then they can't tell you what the restock fee will actually be. Oh, and if you do get them to agree to cover the return shipping, you have to buy it yourself, then include the receipt in the box (i. E. don't seal it up until you've paid for the shipping)! Good luck with doing that at the Post Office. No doubt all part of the plan to discourage returns.
I placed my order before noon on a Tuesday and paid for 3 day shipping, because my daughter had a tournament Saturday and needed new pants. Epic FAIL. The warehouse didn't have UPS pick up the pants until Thursday night! Needless to say I wasted money trying to get the pants here on time. 11 girls in dark grey pants, 1 in black... thanks, Epic, my daughter LOVED being the only one in a different uniform.
I've always had excellent service until my last purchase. It took me a week to receive my order and I only received half of it. I called to find out what happened. Took 3 days to get an answer. Was told I would receive the balance of my order in 3 days. Took me another week to finally receive it. I was not happy since this put my volleyball schedule back two weeks.
We had been looking for a windbreaker for my husband for several years that was hooded and flannel lined in the color he wanted and your business just happened to have it. I literally just stumbled onto your site by accident. He is truly pleased.
4" mini volleyballs were the best price I have found! Pink ones will be perfect for pink out night. My daughters volleyball team loved decorating them and throwing them to the crowd. I hope I started a trend that they will continue in years to come. This is her Senior year so I wanted it to be special.
Paid extra for fast shipping so items would arrive FIVE days prior to my event. Items showed up THREE days AFTER my event. Now I have 7 jerseys that I can't use. They refuse to acknowledge their error or offer any reimbursement. Never again! Shop elsewhere!
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
Answer: Why are shipping costs so high? Unless your costs are extremely low I will take my business elsewhere. Amazon ships for FREE with an Amazon Prime Membership which is EXTREMELY easy to acquire. Please respond to Joanie Jones 602-350-3983. Thanks!
