I ordered a drawer for my Kenmore fridge from this company. Although it was on back order they stayed in touch and informed me when it shipped a few weeks later—turned out that I ordered the wrong part. My fault. I should have let them help me order it. Anyway, I emailed Matt at Customer Service and he helped me find the correct part and advised me on how to return the wrong part. I talked to Crystal in Customer Service and she sold me a return label for $12.25 that would have otherwise cost me around $90 to ship back. I needed a part for a older model kitchen appliance that was listed as unavailable on almost all parts sites. eReplacement.com listed the part as on backorder. The wait was several months and they kept informed of the difficulty obtaining the part. Finally came in. The price was very reasonable. Without this business my pricey older model food processor would be useless. Thank you folks.
