Express Online Training

The overall experience was okay. However I believe that EOT needs to be a little more clear about the entire process and how you need to complete an audio and video assessment BEFORE you are sent your certificate. Price is okay, however there is discounts at different times, which can be annoying once you go to pay and the price has increased.

Easy to follow course and notes.The first two parts of the course were great, however when I got to the third part I had to speak with an assessor on the phone (I ended up speaking with 2 different people because I had to call back twice to get through this part of the course), the first assessor I dealt with left me feeling very stressed (hence my 3 star rating) and the other was amazing.

The only thing I would complain about is that i was under the impression that the course was $39, as it stated on google. I was charged $60, which I'm not exactly happy about

Enjoyed the visual questions more with pictures. Would be good to include more in the course where possible as written questions can get very repetative, and personally im a visual learner and learn easier that way like many other people.

Course advertised that it would be marked in 1-3 days. By end of day 4 I was calling to ask if I had passed. Seemed that my results were only marked after my phone call

Would be beneficial to receive an email if there are delays in marking to save constantly checking emails

Super quick, easy and convenient.

Can readily be studied for on Mobiles.

However BE AWARE there are more video/audio questions, and that you'll need access to helmet, hi-vis, ear and eye protection to complete this module (video assessment).

You cannot complete the course for the advertised price. Once you complete the first 136 question questionnaire you are constantly prompted to pay an extra fee in excess of $100 for priority service. I refused this at every stage adding maybe 10 days to the "review" process only to reach the final stage and find out you CANNOT book the final interview due to only priority customer booking slots. Forcing you to pay the priority fee.
This is misleading.
I went elsewhere and did the course again.

I was a bit concerned with doing the on line live audio questions

Haven't received anything after completing 117 questions. I still have courses to complete apparently. Can't download Adobe Flash player to do so. Says I am blocked. This information would have been more useful at the start. Meanwhile applying for jobs, no RSA certificate. You need to be upfront like 117 questions plus all this other stuff. I am in limbo.

I made the curse online from my house. That is amazing. But I had to wait 2 Weeks to get my white card

It would be good if the training certificate can be obtained in express time (let's say about 2 business days,..) at reasonable cost instead of asking extra $ 35.

I'm as yet unable to complete and receive certificate. Have gone on to three different computers and the adobe flash player will not download so obviously an error on your website. Very frustrating. One time it downloaded but the exercise was so slow that the computer dialled out. Not sure of the expectation after going through the process of answering over one hundred questions . I've completed the questions and have paid my money. I'm 60 years old and have dine the RSA multiple times over the years. Lost my last certificate so just needed to update . Very frustrating.

The package containing certificate I received was terribly folded even torn, my certificate is also torned from one side.
I thought I was paying $ 31.5 to get the white card but in the end I was asked for $18 more which was not told to me before starting the course.

Took several days for my assessment to be looked at however it offers priority service at the cost of $75 which is far too expensive if you are somebody only doing a single course. Not happy with the wait times

Unfortunately they don't tell you that the 59$ package is is enough and it costs extra shipping.
And I received my parcel ripped open, so all paper docents were ripped apart and useless... I paid 15$ for nothing and they don't even offer a refund.

I liked the interface of your website, easy to use. Also the material provided for the course was very educative.

Not sure why I was asked to rate the course before it was finished and only after the multi choice section. It would also have been helpful if the PPE items required were made clear at the start so that they could be made available before end of test. I was doing course on weekend and hoping to get ticket for use on the Monday but that was not possible. It should be made clear that the process takes 24-48 hrs during normal work hours to complete and have ticket applying for.

Great to be able to do the training online and complete it in 1 night.
The audio answers I had to record took about 10 minutes each to upload. So there was about 1.5 hours just uploading the files. I think if I did something similar I would call the phone number and answer the questions over the phone.

Health and safety issues on the work site were very well outlined and I feel it has prepared me for what hazards to expect on work sites.

I think that this training have a lot of positive aspects like the possibility you have it at home and you can study it when you have free time

I liked being able to stop and come back later to complete the questions. One problem was that English is not my first language and some of the questions were very long and worded

I found the online question answer very resourceful and efficient. But when it comes to telephone and phone assessment there is no way possible to pass through without paying the priority extra as I was unable to get a single date even not after a month.
