WOW I'm so happy with my recent $1300 order here stocking up my dog pack on their annual meds (Interceptor and Bravecto). Shaun B took my order over the phone and made it much easier, faster, and I got a great deal! Thank you so much for your kind, fast, courteous customer service! Great company with capable and kind people working here, and this is my 3rd year ordering from them and the product is trustworthy and legit. Just a short note to say how grateful I am to be treated with such professionalism, empathy, and kindness by a new company! I am purchasing duck and sweet, potato twists for my friends dog, and you just beat Chewy, my old supplier, by leaps and bounds. Yolanda M and Shaun B handled my dog treat needs as if they were taking care of their own pet! I am a brand new customer that was treated with such kindness, I didn't really think that was possible in this type of business. It wasn't just "what do you want" and "give me the credit card number". Yolanda is an exceptional listener that exhibited real empathy, compassion, and awareness during the process of fulfilling my order. She made me aware that I could get free shipping and a substantial discount, 15%, if I exceeded the $49. That meant I got another bag of treats for approximately 14 more dollars. By the way, Chewy sold me 18 ounces of the same tree for approximately $31. They formally sold the same brand, but they've been stringing me along saying they're on backorder for months. (All the while selling me a different product that has nowhere near the same size and weight.)
Somehow my shipping address was misconstrued and printed out as the same as my billing address. I called and left my number. Less than five minutes later to my surprise, I received a phone call from Shaun B. We had a pleasant conversation which culminated in Shaun suggesting that he would be delighted to give me an even greater discount, 18%, if that was all right with me. No one has ever asked me for permission to give me a larger discount! I guess I should tell you that being a new customer, I had no expectations of a pleasant interaction, but more of a fear of having to explain myself three or four times to resolve a simple error in correcting the shipping address. I explained to this gentleman, not knowing his position in the company, that I had a wonderful discussion with a delightful young lady, who really listened and fully sold me on the belief that she really cared. I explained that her name was Yolanda M, and that she deserved to be recognized as a Service representative beyond compare. Sean explained that he can not only give me a discount because he's the manager, but that he would write something in Yolanda's permanent file, indicating the positiveness with which she displayed while interacting with a new customer. Word of mouth is the best form of advertising Any company or corporation can get! It's free, and people believe what their friends tell them as opposed to what television, or the Internet tells them. I have already spoken with five or six people, as I just am astounded, with the gratitude that was displayed for my selection of doing business with entirely pets.
I can't tell you how pleased I am with this first interaction, but really feel that Yolanda, M and Shaun B Be commended for their positive, kind, and caring attitudes. I ordered 3 packs of 6 Iverhart Max Soft Chews for our greyhounds. The service was prompt (I mailed my paper RX, so it took a bit longer) and it arrived in great condition. The product expiration date is way beyond the time frame that I will have to use the product. Price has gone up but they had a discount code that brought it down to a reasonable amount. I have had good experiences with this company and they are always there to answer any questions you might have. Overall very pleased!

EntirelyPets Pharmacy was efficient in getting the prescription from my veterinarian. I received my dog's medication quickly. There were no complications and it was exactly what I requested.

Everything Entirely Pets Pharmacy did was as per ordered. I ordered on 12-10-2020 and paid for 2-4 day shipping and it took 12 days to be delivered. The only problem was because of the pandemic the USPS service is not able to keep up with the delivery schedules that people are paying extra in order to receive there packages. This is a logistical problem for the USPS and our government to solve before the U.S. has any more national disasters!

I am so happy to have found this site. I was able to get meds that my dog needs for his allergies and well-being, at a much lower price than the vet was charging me. Although the product was on backorder, we decided to wait a couple of weeks as we had a reserve of pills to tide us over. Shortly we received the pills before we ran out and we are now giving them to our dog without interruption.
