Bought a product. 2 weeks go by and receive email stating out of stock. Emailed several times. Called several times only to have to leave a call back number. 2 months go by and still no word. Finally got ahold of them 6 weeks after order placed. Still out of stock. Customer service not helpful at all. I e been buying from this company several years, never had an issue until now. Had to cancel and go with another company. Will not use this company going forward.
My little one loves the chicken wrapped carrots. No little toy this time around in the box. Great values found on Entirely Pets for items we need. Because awe live on the other coast it does take a while to receive the items.
Ordered 4-150 doses Dasequin (1st purchase from Entirely Pets) on 11-27-2017, it was delivered on 12-12... not sure if Entirely needs to pick different delivery services or UPS was jacked up... either way NOT good. It will be a few months before I need to order again (thank goodness)

I was very pleased with finding flea and tick collars, like Seresto, for a great, affordable price. Ordering was easy and delivery was fairly quick.
Very simple, straight forward, easy ordering. Got product in a timely manner. No complaints here. Later I received a follow-up e-mail asking me to confirm that I received the product, I clicked a link and was done.
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that the ordering process did not indicate the item was out of stock and back ordered. It took 11 days from day of ordering until received, which isn't a long wait for a back-ordered item. Aside from that, I'm pleased with the product and overall service. Our 22 year old cat loves them!

Package was held up at Canadian Border Services for two weeks because of Christmas mail slow down. The package arrived today. We'll put it to work but I expect no problems. Merck is a good company.

I am happy to have found Entirely Pets. Although I'm quite happy with the other auto-ship they use regularly as well as the store I shop at regularly, Entirely Pets was definitely a good find. Their prices are quite competitive and they have good sales but seems to be going on often although I've only been on the site twice. However both times I have made an order and it is my second order in only 3 weeks. I had some trouble with their website in placing the order that was a bit frustrating but in the end it worked out and their shipping time was reasonable so overall I was happy.
Tip for consumers:
Bear with the website ordering process and utilize the telephone option if necessary.

I used the dewormer by Bayer because it had the one ingredient that the veterinarian told me it must have in it in order to be effective and safe. I had just taken one of my cats to the veterinarian and she said it was perfectly fine to use that because I've always been leery about using over-the-counter meds for a particular reasons her much advice from different pet and Veterinary sites. However as I said my veterinarian said this product was fine. Abused it and I believe it has worked however my veterinarian also said she's always found it necessary to treat them again in 3 weeks so until then I won't know for sure.
Ordering and delivery was good. My only disappoint was that both toys were the same color, i was expecting different colors as shown in the picture,
My order for Purina HD Snackers was prompt and faster than I thought, only took 4 days to get it and my little fur girl loves them.
Product was received but was a little late due to USPS heavy traffic in this area - it needed to be refrigerated and upon receipt was a little warm.
Very good communication via chat and email. One thing is if it says shipped to the customer it should be shipped as that can be confusing. Especially to overseas customers who have longer to wait and think it's gone. Everything else was perfect.
Got my product in a timely manner and it works well. Only thing is have to bathe my dog weekly for it to continue to work well.

The order arrived on time, but my dog's health took a dramatic downturn after the order was placed. She was euthanized before it arrived.
Best price online, which is great. However, it's medication I need for my horse promptly, and if I am spending almost $1000, I would expect shipping to be a lot faster than it was.

Company should update their inventory so that the customer knows before ordering a product, that they don't have it at the moment or that the product was discontinued. Don't buy from this site I just read a whole bunch of horror stories.
Tip for consumers:
I can't really say anything to anyone who owns dogs or cats because my pet is a bird. As far as bird items is concerned I would just call the company to make sure they have the items on stock.

I actually received all the products in this order. Only thing is that it took a bit longer because two of the items were backordered. They need to give the client the heads up if an item is backordered instead of doing it after the order is placed. I'm still waiting on my bird seed that I ordered on February 14. They should just refund my money for that item since I saw on your website a month after that the particular item was discontinued.

But one of the items I selected was not available and ended up being backordered. It would be nice if the website showed availability before ordering. I ended up cancelling that item.

Products were exactly what I ordered. They also sent along some samples of other products for my dog to try. My only problem was that I was supposed to get my shipment within 7 days. This would have been fine because my dog ran out of his medicine exactly 7 days after I ordered. Well, I didn't receive them for 9 days, therefore, I had to go buy some more at our vet which was twice as expensive. Otherwise, I'm happy with the product and the price.
I've been dealing with Entirely Pets & Healthy Pets for a while now. My little 6 pound Italian Greyhound is 14, has kidney disease & is totally blind. I've talked to many agents & most are wonderful, but you've hit the jackpot if you're lucky enough to get Amber as your Customer Support Agent! She is AMAZING! During this Covid-19 pandemic, I had placed an order for the main supplement that was helping my dogs kidney functions SO much. It didn't show up & I waited & waited & finally looked up my acct. & saw that my order had been CANCELED! I called in, & the guy I spoke to PROMISED me that it would ship on Friday, July 3rd. So, on Tuesday, July 7th, I thought I'd call in just to make sure it did, in fact, ship. NOPE! Now, I was being told that this product is was Out Of Stock, Everywhere! I was frantic! Now, the guy I'm speaking to tells me that this new product is EXACTLY the same product that I've been using all along, it's just had a name change. Oh! Ok! If that's the case, send me that! Well, after I placed my order, I looked around & realized that it WASN'T the same at all! What I had been using was soft chews & this is a powder & it's NOT the same product! So, I call back in again! Thank God I reached Amber! She helped sort everything out! She got my order out to me ASAP & when I needed assistance figuring our the dosage for such a small dog, I called back 2 days later & I was so lucky to get Amber again! She assisted me in figuring out the proper dosage amount & she is SO Kind! Entirely Pets/HealthyPets has a real Gem who knows Customer Service! They should use HER for training purposes! She's definitely that good! As a retired Sales Manager who covered 1/3 of the Nation as my territory, with many Sales Reps working for me, I'd rather Compliment a company about a Great employee than Complain about bad ones & Amber made this easy!
