Finally got ahold of them 6 weeks after order placed. Still out of stock. Customer service not helpful at all. I e been buying from this company several years, never had an issue until now. Had to cancel and go with another company. Will not use this company going forward.

This company send stuff thru fed x casue it is cheapest BUT it takes 10 days IF it even gets here in 1 piece. Medicines folks are waiting for and they literally go thru every state and still isnt here. Nope never again.

Tip for consumers:
They sell items even though they are out of stock. But they don’t tell you it’s out of stock until 2 weeks after purchase. Customer service is hard to get ahold of.

I bought some Churu nutrition pouches for my senior cat. We tried one at the veterinary office and she seemed to like it. When I received the container from entirely pets I took one out and she ate about a half of the chicken one but within 2 minutes threw it up. After that, she would not have anything to do with it. I called them to return them and they said because the container was opened they would not take it back. Each little envelope in there had not been touched just the bottle had been opened. This is a terrible return policy, how can I help that my cat threw it up and did not want anymore. Now I've paid $40 for something I cannot use. So don't buy here thinking that you might be able to return it like chewy because they won't

I have a very sick cat. I placed an order on July 29. I paid for priority shipping which should have gotten her medication here well before it ran out. It is August 9 and according to their website and tracking, a shipping label was just created. I tried using their chat option last week. No one ever came online. Customer service is nearly impossible to reach. I finally reached them today and they said that they can't cancel the shipment and that I can return it with a 20% restocking fee! Meanwhile, my cat is worse and reordering from another company will just take more time. If I could give them negative stars I would.

Wish I could cut this company some slack with the COVID crisis, but after multiple opportunities they have proven unreliable and unable to communicate with customers. Ordered pet meds on 3/11. Didn't get any confirmation that my vet had confirmed prescription (which they had). No update on order or delivery. Order is "pending". No emails about delays, etc. Multiple calls and emails unanswered. I disputed with my credit card as I don't think I'll ever see a refund from this place. Buyer beware...

Terrible customer service, the calls and Emails go into black hole, no answer.
The product was falsely listed as in stock, after waiting for a week for shipment, it showed out of stock. Then it was back in stock and two weeks later still no shipment.
If you value your pet's health don't shop here, the delays can literally kill a pet who needs the medication. They should not be in business at all, they don't know how to run a business.

This is a bogus company, they take your money and never send you the order. Try calling them at the number listed on the web site! Or try email! Good luck

My order was cancelled after waiting several days to get tracking info i decided to call to find out about my order just to hear that what i ordered they did not have in stock. Which wouldve been nice if someone there would have contacted me. At which time i told them if its not avail to cancel the order which they did but its been 2 weeks and im still waiting for my refund. Very unhappy with my experience.

Ordered Wed evening-next day didn't get a shipping confirmation-called Friday-said it was being packed it would be here by Sat. Saturday nothing. He said if it wasn't here by then they'd probably give me the shipping cost back. Called Sunday-rep said they don't ship in 1-2 bus. Days because they give themselves 3-4 days to process before shipping. I asked why they have 1-2 day shipping when every other company says that and means just that and follows through. Went round and round. She said they have it listed on their page-I didn't see it if they do AND why say 1-2 days if you can't do it. Called Tuesday-person said they were the shipping manager-he said I paid too much for shipping and that he'd let the business office know-he also said he'd give me a call back in 5 minutes. No phone call. I call the next day-weirdly he answered again. If he's the shipping manager and this is a big operation in Union City Ca (the San Francisco Bay Area near Oakland and Silicon Valley) then how does he have time to always be the one answering the phone? Made me suspicious. Also, he had said he'd listen to my phone call that they had recorded. It's illegal to record people without letting them know-they may have changed it since I let him know this-but on all of my calls to them they said-"I'll listen to the recording". I was starting to get mad by this time with how they were obviously making promises and not following through. I called again and he said it had been shipped out finally. I bought a 1-2 day shipping on Wed evening which didn't arrive until the following week on Thursday. It was an expensive refrigerated medicine. I bought from them because they were $20 cheaper per bottle than competitors. Now I'm wondering if they buy overstock which has been left out in inappropriate temperatures. I don't even know if it's cultures are still alive if it was left out. He said that I had been overcharged for shipping and that someone would get back to me to refund the over payment. Nothing. I don't trust them and will never buy from them again. Horrible company. This is the first bad review that I've given any company. I started imagining they may be working out of a house that they've rented in Union City with overstock from big companies or returns. Nothing but scammers. Don't buy from them. Glad I didn't use my personal credit card to pay them.

Don't do business with them. Stick to the bigger sites who are reliable.

Placed an Order in February 2020, was never filled and there's no way to cancel it. Now in April the order is finally being CHARGED but apparently not filled. Can't Reach Customer Service. Can't send an email inquiry (broken link). If they fix the issue, I'll update this review but if 0 starts was an option, that's what I'd give.

I purchased heart worm medicine for my dog. It never arrived. They say it was delivered but I never got it. Every other company I've ever dealt with just re-sends (this doesn't happen much though, but occasionally). I called them when I didn't receive it and they told me it was delivered but that they would re-send it. I never got the medicine nor did anyone contact me. When I called again they said they wouldn't re-send or give me my money back. Do you want to risk the same experience?

Ordered 3/4/2020. (Before COVID-19 shutdowns). No shipping updates; No response from email follow ups. Received partial shipment. No word on the other part of my order ($80). Zero customer service response to email follow ups. You are drawn to purchase from them because of a few dollars in savings. Savings does not do any good when you do not receive the product you order. Avoid the hassle- now I have to file a case with credit card company and BBB.

(Note: All of This was all before COVID-19).

The prescription autoship popped up again in April (right at the six months refill date). I called this time and requested the autoship be cancelled and was assured it was. I sent a follow-up email a few days later and the response to that said that person cancelled it (so I guess the one I spoke with didn't?). We'll see in October if this rears its ugly head again...

I did cancel my credit card and that was fortunate as a few months later the pharmacy tried to auto ship a prescription refill that I had requested be removed from auto ship I know my vet did not authorize as I'd just filled it elsewhere. I ignored several voicemails and texts saying they needed updated credit card information and about three weeks later I received a text saying my order had been cancelled. I think I'm finally through a year after they supposedly cancelled all my auto ships and removed my card from their system. DON'T GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY.

UPDATE: After finally getting automatic shipments I did not schedule stopped OVER 6 MONTHS AGO, they shipped the order again. I was told it was due to a "system change". Supposedly they've cancelled the recurring order and deleted my credit care but I think I have to get my credit card reissued in order to stop them. RIDICULOUS
I've ordereed from this company for years and they often have the best price on items I purchase and I've been satisfied with them. However, something has gone horribly wrong and they no longer can be trusted. They have some poor business practices such as not notifying you if you have an upcoming autoship and even worse you have to contact them to cancel or change an autoship. You can't even update OR REMOVE your credit card information. They don't ship prescriptions and blame your vet - my vet had to contact them 3 times before they took responsibility. I had ordered two 6 count Heartgards - one for each of my two dogs. I was charged for both and I did receive one of the packs. Called and waited on hold and then told only the pharmacy could help and you get voicemail. Missed the callback but they said my vet didn't approve the Heartgard for one dog. My vet had sent both prescriptions at the same time. Had to send again twice before they acknowledged they received it and said they would ship. I ended up getting the 2nd Heartgard but it was not packaged in a box like the first one (or any I've ever purchased online). I think they were out of stock on the box of six and ended up splitting a box of 12. Just admit you are out of stock instead of wasting everyones time. I emailed customer service who told me they canceled all my autoships - we'll see how that works out. I'm not arguing with the one they just sent, lesson learned on my end, but if they autoship again I am going to dispute on my credit card. Very disappointed in what has happened to this company.

I'm a veterinarian. I deal daily with 1800PetMeds, Chewy, Petco, etc. I recently had a client request medication from EntirelyPets, which was a first for me.

Every other online pharmacy allows me to authorize/decline requests online. I've sent two emails to EntirelyPets asking how I can authorize this request, as my fax machine is currently not sending. No reply. I guess I'll contact my client and explain that apparently EntirelyPets does not want her business.

I used them for a year and built up some loyalty points. When the time came to use them the code they sent me did not work. Sent a note via email since No one ever answers a phone and they simply told me to do what I did. Waste of time, cancelled monthly order and going elsewhere.

It's been a month over since I placed my order and I have not received my dog's prescription with many phones calls to Entirelypets.com company, 3 representatives promising express 1-2 day shipping because he was out of medication and still nothing. I was not informed of a back order, or a limitation to a certain prescription quantity. My dog had no pills left to take so I had to take my business somewhere else that was 100% more reliable. The reps kept telling me each time that three order was going to be sent out that day and I would get a confirmation email but nothing.

Tip for consumers:
The customer service in the office are ok, but they just all tell you that they have to talk to the pharmacist about where about the prescriptions are. They also do not check their inboxes for the vet's return signature on medication approvals and tried to blame it on the vet for their unresponsiveness. Use other sites for your pets medications.

Utterly and bitterly disappointed in website and difficulty ordering. Did not seem to be always a problem. But lately it is every time. C/S reps courteous but often struggle to explain and address problems. Asked SEVERAL times to speak with manager who could not take time to talk to a customer because "He was busy". He/she had the rep (who sat next to the manager) relay the info so the rep could "answer". PATHETIC AND UNACCEPTABLE! My advice... upper management should take a good long hard look at the employees they have representing their company.

I am a veterinarian who called and spoke at length with a "technician", then held for the pharmacy intern. I detailed the meds requested for a family's dog I was helping.
They did not respond for 6 days. I got another request from the family to call as they didn't get word thir meds were ready. The same "intern" said my info was "misplaced". Bottom line... these folks are NOT accountable. They do not do what they say. Avoid this pharmacy.

I ordered from them. They sent me a partial and mostly incorrect order. It took me more than 2 weeks and a LOT of fighting to get return labels sent to me. They have had the product back for 10 days and STILL no refund.
Total scam company

No email responses. Customer service 1/2 hour waits. Paid for overnight shipping $34.95 Still waiting 5 days later and tracking each state with ground shipping. No refunds.No response from pharmacist. Email link broken.No responses. Had to go to vet and get another Rx. And sent to Walmart and only 5 days for Walmart to get me meds. This company still no meds and been over 2 weeks but charges on credit card. Stay away.

Do yourself a favor and believe all of the negative reviews posted here and stay away from this company.
They love to take your order but hate to fulfill nor communicate about it.
I learned a long time ago not to use their pharmacy as authorizations and orders were always messed up and with regards to non essential items they rarely arrive within a month.
Though their prices and products (once you get them) are good their order fulfillment, shipping and especially customer service are amongst the worst in the pet supply industry.

I received an autoshipped Rx for a prescription I never signed up to autoship. My dog cannot take the medication so it's a total waste. They said the Vet gave refill info so they set it up to autoship, never informed me, never notified me of Anything until the shipment was sent. I tried to cancel the autoship on the website and there's not even an area that allows you to adjust or cancel. Finally, I got on the phone and the absolute most Rudest customer service person scolded me for "not keeping track of all my pets medications" and said " Other companies don't send reminders". Every other company I've ordered from send reminders 2 weeks in advance and has allows full control over Autoship. This is a SCAM site. They refused refund but said " we can cancel autoship for you" I asked how I could do it myself and they said " we can do it for you" I asked what other companies don't send reminders and was told " Its not up to me to give you names, you should keep track of your pets medicine, it't not our responsibility". I told them to cancel my account on the spot.
