Shows cancelled due to COVID 19, service fees not refunded. Was told that since I checked a box that said ticket fees were not refundable under any circumstance that 25$ would not be refunded. Are you friggin kidding me? A global pandemic and you're not refunding the fees? You didn't provide me with any service. Not to mention the extremely unprofessional email exchanges. Sorry that it's such a burden for you to give back people's money that you're not entitled to.
I technically have not had a problem using Enter the Vault. However, the only reason that I haven't is because I screenshot my order confirmations immediately after buying to provide at will call for tickets. I was lucky to have thought ahead and took a picture of the confirmation screen for the 2017 Cleveland Sabaton show for the first time I used the site, and so I do every time I buy a ticket. Despite it claiming that you will receive a confirmation email with the order number, I have never received an email from the site outside of the regular updates for upcoming tours or sales, and I've used it for years. I technically don't recommend this site, but it seems like this is often the only method to get VIP tickets. So always be sure to have backup confirmation screenshots.
The tickets at least are legit which is why I gave a 2 star rather than 1,
They are in theory legitimate - it's not a completely fake web site or anything- but their web site is totally glitchy, and the customer service is AWFUL.
The upside is that, if you are really lucky and don't have any problems with the web site or picking up tickets or anything like that, sometimes you can get good seats at a good price.
HOWEVER... the check out process doesn't work half the time, and you don't know if you actually got tickets or not.
Worse than the web site is the customer service; it's run by someone who has a chart that says "no matter what happens, tell the customer everything is their fault and their problem and do nothing to help".
AVOID unless is your only option and you don't mind a 50/50 risk of showing up and not having tickets.
Too bad, because if the customer service was good I would use it a lot more.
Tip for consumers:
Don't use them unless you don't mind a 50/50 chance of not getting into the show you bought...it's fine when there are no problems, but there are a lot of problems and their customer service is absolutely atrocious.
