As soon as I walked in there, was someone there to help me only took a few minutes to get into a vehicle and when I returned it same friendly customer service just took a few minutes to return it and I was gone. Lots of good people there at enterprise thank you.

It would have been nice if the vehicle I rented was available. I had to wait, and the Enterprise employee was able to get me one, 4 hours later than the scheduled pickup. I called the Enterprise hotline and was told the Airport location would call me to schedule a vehicle. That call never came. I was told by another location I would be called, that call also never came. I then was texted to return it at the original rental time, even though I received it 4 hours late. I have never smoked a day in my life, however, when I returned it I was told repetively smoke was smelled. This was aggravating as I took extra care to even vacuum it out before I returned it. Headache for sure.

Employee with Employee #E80DMW, at the Natural Bridge Road, Berkeley, Missouri location asked me for my identification that was kindly provided and subsequently asked me for 'a paystub or identification verifying I work for the company paying for the rental car.' Then, he said he asked for that additional information 'for the camera' that he pointed to behind him. That behavior is senseless and shows poor customer service. He needs better training or will cause Enterprise to lose many customers.

The team went above and beyond, staying late to make sure I got a car. They made me feel like a friend. Also, it's been super hot and they had the car waiting for me running with the air conditioner on!
