Not the first time I used a writing service but the first time I was satisfied with the outcome. Getting to know my author over the phone and being able to discuss my paper was a big pro. So was the partial delivery that I received (i. E. I got to see half of the paper for review before I had to pay the second installment). This one actually came a couple of days later than expected but in the end my author managed to meet the final deadline. I only got to know my author's first name, but she made a good impression over the phone and obviously knew what she was talking about. The rather high costs can be seen as a con, but I didn't mind as I did waste money on cheaper essay writing services before. So overall I can really recommend acad write.
Received an insufficient paper of 60 pages (bachelor thesis), 8000CHF gone. Paper was so insufficient that it was labeled as "not improvable to a passing grade". I was told that it's the overseer's fault, right... No refund, nothing... (German) Ungenügende Arbeit erhalten, kein Entgegenkommen. Schuld wurde auf die Lehrperson geschoben. 8000CHF bezahlt, die Arbeit sogar zu spät erhalten. Mehr als ungenügend, war "verbesserungsunfähig" und musste komplett neu geschrieben werden. Danke, 8000CHF weg + Frust

If you study linguistics, ask for an author named Sarah - she's really good :)
