I purchased foot and leg cream for years. This last order was on back order. When shipped after receiving product more liquid and hot to legs and feet. I used gloves to apply on legs, which I have never done before. Not the comfort I had before. I spoke with Kathy, customer service and she explained the change. I am using product to give it a chance, mixing with other Blue stuff products.

We bought the "New"foot and leg comfort after running out of the older version of foot and leg comfort. About 3 hours after applying the lotion my feet and legs began to burn and hurt. I took my shoes and socks off and washed. My feet still burned and hurt really bad. You have taken a good product and turned it into a nightmare full of pain like I have never felt before. The same thing has happened to my spouse. I bought 6 of this product. It is an expensive lesson learned. I will never order any more products from Blue Spring.
The consistency of the ointment is much different than it was in my last jar, and it's not leaving a nicely heated feel after I apply it like the other one, I just finished, before I ordered these two.
Hello Kathleen, The Foot and Leg is thinner that the previous jar you had in the past, this one is more of a lotion, it will spread easier and go farther. It will be of benefit if you apply an application and wait about 15 minutes and re-apply. That should give you longer stronger relief.
I've been doing business with you since my Mother introduced me to your product when there was just Blue Stuff. Seeing the cost of shipping is ridiculous. This very well may be my last shipment.

Nice products but arrived with broken seal caused leaking.
It may work but only for a little bit. The pump was broke. It would not pump have to reapply emu several times during the day.
We have been LOYAL customer of the ORIGINAL Super Blue Stuff that " someone" changed! When you have a GREAT product that works, "someone" not very smart ruins the GREATEST product EVER created to help the excruciating pain of arthritis! The inferior new product Is a SHAMEFUL excuse that (on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being excellent) is a MINUS 1,000,000! Sadly, we told your representative that we DO NOT want this POOR excuse of a once great product! She said she would mail us a return shipping label to return the INFERIOR, WORTHLESS product so that we can return ALL of it to you at NO cost to us so that we can get credit on our credit card. The representative LIED! We have NOT received ANY return label from your company and we have NOT received a credit on the credit card we used to purchase the INFERIOR, WORTHLESS "new" product! PLEASE, mail the promised return shipping label AND credit our credit card! Whoever decided to change a GREAT product to a USELESS inferior one should be FIRED! I would rate our experience a MINUS 1,000 on a scale of 1-10 (10 being excellent)! SAD and BAD! TERRIBLE decision!

The product was easy to order with fast delivery. Just rub onto the affected area and relief is just a few minutes away. I kid my wife, "If they sold this stuff in a 55 gallon drum, I would give you a good dunking ".
