I enjoy the blends of pipe tobacco you offer. Living in Maine, finding quality tobacco and blends are almost difficult to find. Online shopping was easy to navigate.

It would be nice to be able to duplicate a previous order by "one click" or to be able to see previous orders and re-order based on them.

We've had this discussion before; you cannot use paypal on your site if you use MasterCard. I have purchased cigars from other vendors using PayPal. I am not going out to get a Visa card because you have a problem.

Easy to order from, no shipping fees, at least for the quantities I bought. Fast delivery, and they came right on time. The prices are lower than some other places I use locally. This was my third order and so far they haven't let me down.

I had to use the search option to find the bulk pipe tobacco. Browse by department did not get me there.

Searching for a cigar by name can be enhanced by ring label graphics. I don't often know the name, but can recognize the band. Also, I was to get a 5 free cigars with my Nat Sherman purchase, but did not. Thank you.

I traditionally have used Cigars International however after visiting your store in GreenBrier along with the great service I normally receive, I decided to use your online service to get a box that I knew I did not have time to run to the store.

Seems the brand I am interested in, only comes in quantities of 10 or 25. Would have liked to "taste" one that would be new to me by purchasing just a single cigar (not discussing the one I have ordered today).

Dealing with Emerson in store or on line is the best way to get your Cigars. No hassles no issues no problems.

Hard to find information on whether cigars are mild, medium or full bodied Otherwise the site is okay. Shipping is very good and items are packaged very well.
