Company advertised a "Parts and Repair" manual which I purchased. I received link to a "Flat Rate Labor Schedule" which is only a list of service items and the book times, containing no useful service information whatsoever. Support denied there was a problem, could not or would not correct their error and would not issue a refund. Eventually offered "store credit". I don't want "store credit", I want what I paid for or a refund!

For my old New Holland TN55, it works. Actual torque specs are preferable to web videos that say approximately that tight. It's also nice to double-check part specifications. Some aspects are a little perplexing, but it contains all of the information I require to do my tasks.
