I had been shopping around for insurance on my new car for quite a while, but was getting fed up with answering the same information for each and every website and getting a ton of calls, so I decided to call and was connected with Joseph. He answered all my questions in a direct and respectful way, while also helping me get the best deal. It was fast and painless, I will definitely be calling Joseph for all of my future insurance needs! If they keep hiring people like Joseph, I'm sure the business will go very very far!
I called over and over again, trying to get someone. When I left a message, no one would call back. And, when they finally called back, I was in my car and couldn't talk to give them the info I needed to, so the agent called back and I didn't get the ring so, I had to call back. I didn't get to the agent in time. He was gone. Left several messages, and no callback. If it wasn't, I got my insurance through them I'd never use them as an agent.
Vanessa is a wonderful representative. She has great customer service skills and patience. Her assistance is very helpful throughout this process, and she responds in a timely manner.
The company is just a big phone room, not really an insurance agency. They have admitted to me that they are an in bound phone service. I want a real insurance agent, instead I got a phone room. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM!
My experience was great. I got quotes quickly and easily and my agent called to explain the coverage options. Agent was very friendly and knowledgeable and the whole process was super easy!
