Elic Power

Whenever I find a nice alternative to the major firms that nearly have a monopoly on a given service, I want to give it a try, and so far things have gone better than I expected. I started using the website when I bought two cheap items since I don't spend a lot of money on websites I don't trust, but when I placed the second order, I made a mistake and contacted support, who were really sympathetic and adjusted my order. That gave me the confidence to order some night vision binoculars in the $200 range, which were delivered to my house last week.
The shipping time wasn't as quick as Amazon's, but it wasn't unacceptable.

More than three month have passed and I have not received my order. I have sent several emails requesting status of my order but the information they send me is always different. I have two delivery dates and the tracking number is not recognized by any the mail tracking system. I have already requested a refund of my money three times without result. Not a good place to do business..

First, this business sham held my product for 4 days until the weekend. This gave them 2 weekend days to say the delay wasn't their hold up it was the mail carrier. After 10 days the product arrived. Hence the 2-3 week delivery delay in shipping on their products noted on their website. The UPS label indicated the order was placed but pending the item being brought to the ups site. Then, I received a product which didn't look like or work as advertised ( the night and day vision monocular). I could've bought the product they sent me, at Walmart for less. They operate out of an apartment in Bolingbrook, IL. And have no phone number on their website. It simply say (soon) as if a number is coming but that's a scam. It generally takes only a few days to get a working phone line and only hours for an 800 # to ring to any existing phone. I've emailed them with no response for a return process which they have posted on their web it's advertising an "easy return policy". That's another lie. Steer clear of this scammer. Buy locally or from a legitimate provider. Update: elic power contact email is invalid and their website is registered by an agent outside the United States (an agent in Panama). Beware and don't order from them.!

These solar lights were very easy to install, the motion sensor feature conserves the internal battery and it works every time. No flaws as of yet. Very bright lights. I am a very happy customer. Thank you!

I purchased a car vacuum from Elicpower. Based on what they said about the product I thought that I was getting a really good product. They even had it listed at a price ($47.00) that was 50% off of the original price of $96.00. The vacuum arrived today and I am very disappointed with what I received. I could have gotten a better vacuum at Walmart for $23.99 The vacuum was small enough for the letter carrier to put it in my mailbox. It measures 12 inches. It actually seems like a toy. The instructions that came with the vacuum were in another language. I won't bother to return it because I doubt if the trouble will be worth it. I just won't ever purchase anything again from this company.

I ordered a 360 degree lighter which would come in handy it's now been a month and still not recieved it no updates at all I asked for a refund and they keep ignoring me or making excuses I would never use these people again ever

Does not work at all! Very disappointed. I bought 5 of the room vacuums and they hardly pick up anything

They hired a company to spam me, then will not honor unsubscribe from their continued spamming(NEVER SIGNED UP AND YOU KNOW IT);. Tells me all I need to know about this company.
