My first experience ordering when calling to update address the Asian man on the phone is super rude. Trust I get that our questions as customers may be redundant but we are why you are in business! Plus it was my first time ordering on your site so I was not aware of everything such as were to locate my order number.

Not sure I like this hair yet. Have had it in for 2 weeks. The older it gets the better it looks. I've worn a different brand of hair for the last 10 years. Could be the color I chose.

The wig took a while to arrive, I guess it is to be expected with an overseas order. Had to pay an extra customs charge. I received emails to say the wig was delivered when it wasn't. I have to say that the customer service could have been better. But the wig is really nice, lovely colour and well made

Came a a good time just didn't care for the color that's the only thing. Have nothing else to say I like the fast service

Wigs came fast! Naya was absolutely gorgeous but Aria was not what I thought, did not look like what was on website and quantity was not the best.

Everything was OK so far. First time buying from the site. Searching for certain styles was a little difficult but not too bad. Received order on time but one wig was not the same as on the site or packaging. Contacted them just a few hours ago. Have yet to hear back.

I had an excellent experience the website was user friendly and it was easy to navigate and order products. Shipping was extremely fast!

The wig is very cut, but it need work when I first purchased it. This wig can be cut, to get the exact look that you want.

Elevate offers very nice products and low prices, but I was concerned about "don't blame us if it gets lost" shipping policy. There should be some safeguards in place to protect the customer against the occasional lost package. It's rare, but I hate having to pay for something I never receive. It's not the sender's fault any more than it is mine, but if it happens and they don't make good on the order, I never shop with them again.

It is absolutely what i was expecting beautiful hair. Supperrrrr fast shipment. Vey satisfied and will definitely will be ordering again &soon :)

Quick delivery, good selection of products. The only reason I'm not giving a perfect score is I think some prices could be cheaper.

I ordered from the site for the 1st time and I was beyond satisfied. Delivery was super fast and the selection & price on the site are really great. I will definitely be an ongoing customer.

I have only ordered from this company twice and each time shipment and receiving was expeditious. The product was exactly what I ordered. I have found a new way to buy my beauty supplies. I wish they had more products like hair gel, dyes, shampoos, and moisturizers. I will definitely order from this company again.

I have not yet installed the hair hence the reason why I rated the hair 4/5. Once installed, I will then give an overall review. On the other hand, the delivery was very quick which was very good for me, packaged nicely as well. And great customer service!

I had a lot of questions and they were so kind to me and answered all of my questions and they are really professional.

The first wig I brought from elevates styles was: Deep Part Lace BISA which was super long I'm 5'6 and it comes to my waist, I don't really care to much for it because it sheds like crazy hair be everywhere. The second wig I brought on July 28 was the Zury Sis Free Parting Lace Front Wig FP Lace H-Kay I like the lace on this wig it's not rough the color is nice to I just thought the wig would be 18inchs for some reason but all in all I like it

Ordered several wigs and a couple of them were not as pictured so I was able to return. Received full credit via a voucher. My only issue would be the website needs improved regarding status of returns/process. Easy to get a hold of via phone.

Not very satisfied with the delivery or with the tracking process of my package. I must say I do like that the delivery fee is cheaper than Wig Types but I am in luv with knowing the entire process of Wig Types from beginning to end you know the exact date it's going to be delivered and it only takes 2 days with Standard delivery which I just luuuuuv but I must say Elevate Styles is more professional they send you a confirmation immediately and a receipt immediately with Wig Types I literally have to call them then they'll send me my tracking information but I just luv their whole process of tracking my order because it shows me each destination which I really like

The service, itself, was perfect. I placed my order and they got back to me immediately to let me know it was unavailable. They offered me options and promptly refunded my money. Great service. I only wish they had more products.

I think if prepping the package quicker, the customer have lessor time to receive the package. Also package being in transit too long from leaving your company, which fall right back on prepping the package.

Item as promised, shipped fast, great price! Will definitely buy from here again!

Only thing is they didn't have all four packs of hair when they said they did other then that they're
