I bought an elephone 08000, from a different website and was pleased with the phone, I then decided to purchase p9000 from elephone.com after 6 weeks of waiting, and numerous emails asking when they were going to despatch my order with the only reply was twice both saying "soon" I decided to cancel and ask my credit company to chargeback. If they are legit, which could be doubtful, then their customer care leaves a great deal to be desired.

Melinda- your fired. This women is a fake and has no respect! If you so much as scratch your ELEPHONE You will laugh your $#*! off at this company. The replacement parts start like this... Mail your damaged phone to the company cost between $130- $180 USD REDICULOUS! You will get an email where your part a replacement screen cost between $30 to $210 you must pay shipping both ways their price to return your phone is $180 USD. Now add another $175 USD for the labor costs to fix your phone. I also had a bunch of problems finding a case that will protect my investment? Useless case very little protection. It is obvious to me that they seem to want a case designed where if you drop it (your Elephone) the screen cracks that Crack cost you, $180 to post to the company for repair in my case $130 was added for the cost of the new screen. $155.79 for labor and another $157.95 to have them send your ELEPHONE back home.

If you buy a elephone, they have no support, I have a p3000s that started asking for a pin number and I could not use my phone, I asked them for support and they refused
