I was searching for a way to force the social links displayed by the Divi Person module to open in a new window. After submitting this question in the support chat, I received a perfect solution in chat and by e-mail on the next day. The best support ever!

“The absolute worst and completely useless support system ever!”

Apart from all the bugs, it's really their support system that's insanely frustrating. 50% chance you get someone competent, but these rest is beyond ridiculously incompetent. You explain the issue, you record video evidence because they ask for it, they try a few things that don't help, move it forward to "support leads" (Doesn't exist imo, because they are even more incompetent). Anyway, instead of simply reading the detailed history of what has been tried, they ask you the same Qs all over again. And I get that it sometimes takes until they answer, but once they do answer, you expect and actually need them to stick to the conversation and not answer ever 20mins to 3hours or however they feel like - how else can you resolve a complex issue? This again means the next time someone answers will be another person asking you everything again instead of fully reading and understanding the history of what has been done TWICE already. I've had this multiple times now. I wish I had never bought this useless theme but a professional one instead. By now they have easily wasted 6 weeks of my life. It's honestly the dumbest support I ever had anywhere!

Incompetent and can care less customer service. One person has no idea what another is saying or doing. They won't keep their promise. Wasted so much time trying to resolve a simple issue and got the run around for over a week. Horrible experience!

I wanted to get a refund because Divi is slow to load compared to other providers. Page load time is one of the key factors for customer experience and google ranking.

I used Avada for my website as it made my load time 1.2 seconds and my customers had a great experience with it.

I asked for a refund because of that but was declined because i asked after the 30 day period. I didn't even download their assets but was still declined. Their customer service would not even reply back to my emails.

I was moving to another state which is why i asked for my refund late, but they were not considerate. Unprofessional support.

I have a simple problem with Divi Builder. I get on their chat and they tell me they can't help me until I login to prove I'm a paying member. So I login, then they tell me tech support help will take "an hour or so" and they quit responding to me. I need someone to see the issue on my screen, not have a confused conversation every two hours whenever they decide to help. Why can't your sales person help? They obviously have the capacity to answer immediately. It's really poor judgement to tell your customer to log in to get support, and then the second they log in, you quit responding and cease to help them. That's ridiculous. I don't see how you can expect customers NOT to leave bad reviews with a stunt like that. Because of the issue that still hasn't been resolved and especially because of the way I've been treated as a paying customer, I will be letting all my professional connections know not to waste their money on "Elegant" themes.

I've recently tried to redesign my website using the Divi/Elegant Themes package supplied on my hosting server but oh do I wish I hadn't. The package looked great to begin with but very quickly it started to go glitchy and ended with me being locked out of the admin section for 2 days with my site now pointing to a bland WP test page. The 24/7 support team were next to useless taking hours to get back to me then simply giving links to articles that had nothing to do with my problem. Now they don't even reply. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT

While we wish we could have helped further, the best thing to do in these situations is to contact your web host so they can investigate why your WP Dashboard is not working. We are working on improving our response times for Support requests and appreciate the feedback to do better.

I checked my affiliate account with Elegant themes on the 1st of the month as the cutoff for monthly commission payments ends at the end of the month.

I check again on the 2nd of the month and discovered they had removed $100 from the previous months commissions.

This is theft as there's no write back after the month has ended.

I guess any merchant can get away with stealing affiliate commissions from overseas affiliates and there's nothing you can do about it.
