Elegantpark

I ordered a dress from Elegantpark for my daughter's wedding. I didn't know exactly what to expect, seeing as I could not see or feel an example from them to find out the quality of the product. I ordered the dress just over a month before the wedding and requested that it be express delivered. I also ordered a custom fit. The dress came within three weeks. It fit perfectly. It was good quality with sturdy seams and it was fully lined with a heavy lining. I was very happy with my order. I would deffinately order from Elegantpark again!

I have paid for a pair of shoes, not only have I been overcharged, now that I have paid, elegant park are no longer communicating n no listed ph numbe

I got my dresses a few weeks ago, and they were all great! Well, one of my bm's still hasn't tried on her dress, even though i gave it to her the day they turned up, but let's not go there. The other three bm's and my dress are all exactly to order and so comfortable, though a little long at the bottom hem, but otherwise fit perfectly. There were a few places on the dress i was expecting crystals and got sequins, but that might just be how the dress is, you couldn't tell in the photo. Considering the price, i really can't complain!

Like the reviewer below my experience was not good. The first pair of shoes that I ordered were fine, no dying required. The second pair came the wrong color. They offered me a refund of $18 (cost $115) or I could send them back to China. I accepted--feeling over a barrel. I then did not get my meager refund. I emailed them again and they asked for my Paypal information. Confused I called Paypal and they opened a case dispute. Elegant Park raised the offer to $34. Paypal requested a return label and they never had the courtesy to respond to that request. Without my permission Paypal then accepted the offer without consulting me. Bottom line--it sometimes works out ordering clothing from China but if there is an error DO NOT EXPECT A HAPPY RESOLUTION FROM THIS MERCHANT, or help from Paypal.

I got ripped off... Stay away this site unless you are ready to lose your money. I ordered 2 bridesmaids dresses. When I got dresses both of them were a way too small and design was not what I ordered. They admitted design problem but blamed us for bad measurements. We provided 2 measurements and both dresses got exactly the same problem. It was very obvious that they made them wrong... I am 2 sizes smaller than my bridesmaids and it still did not fit me...
They offered to remake dresses but they said they would charge us for that. They also said if I would not agree with that they would refund 30% of dress fee.
I spent more than 1 month but all they said was they would never remake dresses without me paying additional money in advance. I could not agree with that as well as I was running out of time so I asked them to refund.
They stopped responding to my email as soon as they knew that they were not getting more money from me. Of course I did never get money back.
Their customer service was all good when they tried to sell something but it turned to be horrible when we got problems, very slow response by email and what they said did not make any senses at all. I wasted so much time on this and too much stress, lost $350 and I needed to buy new dresses. It does not worth it at all... So STAY AWAY!

I highly recommend this site. The service I received was exceptional! I ran into a situation and needed to find a dress within a few weeks of my co -validation ceremony. The two dresses I ordered were received within a few days from placing the order. The quality of the dresses was exceptional. Very beautiful! I kept the dress that fit best and returned the other one without a problem. I am very pleased to have the opportunity to provide feedback regarding my experience with this company. They are a 5 star site in terms of Quality of Service, Responsiveness, Professionalism, and Value for Budget and Flexibility.

They are quite thoughtful, they asked me for so many measurements just to ensure the dress fits me perfectly. I really appreciated. I haven't received the dress yet, i will write another review about it after i receive the dress.
