HORRIBLE experience with this online store! Bought expensive bed linens in the wrong size. Never opened the package and called customer service. They said there was a mandatory 25% fee for any returns which I did not realize (and I was quite upset about since I was losing several hundred dollars for selecting the wrong size by mistake) but they said that I could send it back for the 75% refund. When I sent it back, the package was returned (without even being opened) so I lost the $45 mailing charge and now the owner refuses to take the goods back at all! I can't understand how a business operates in this manner? It would be one thing if the goods had been opened but they have never been opened! I have NEVER had such an experience with an online or regular store! I have never ever written a negative review for anything but I must admit that I am really LIVID at this situation. Please be forewarned!
