My six smoke detectors arrived in four days. The product was as advertised and at a cost far less than I could get on Amazon or anywhere else. Installation was even easier than expected since the existing connectors fit the replacement units perfectly (no rewiring necessary). Overall I am very pleased with my experience and will be passing this info on to my DYI friends and neighbors.

I ordered one smoke detector and meant to order two. I immediately emailed the company and an employee call me back within 5 minutes. He canceled my order on the spot as requested by me and i reordered two with to them arriving at my house within four days during this whole pandemic. Great customer service and an easy smooth transaction. Hard to come by with the way of the world these days.

Chatting to ask questions helped a lot but more voluntary info would have been appreciated. Someone as ignorant as I am could use more questions from an assistant to be sure we're talking about the same thing. Also, shipping cost was more than the product I was buying - unacceptable.

I had a problem with my order. I ordered two smoke alarms, received my notice that my order shipped. Two days later my order arrived, but only one alarm was shipped. I called Bargain Stores, made a picture of my received order to email to them, and within three days, I had the remainder of my order. I couldn't ask for better service.

I was assured that the product was compatible with my old FirEx detectors. Unfortunately, the added connectors did not fit the original wires and connector. Therefore, I'm going to return the package for a refund. I was impressed with the speed and ease of ordering. Thank you.

HATE to pay shipping!

Didn't like the cost of shipping charges but this is the same detector in my house now & not working.
