They ask for a picture of your ID and you credit card information (after you complete your order) to "Verify", but really they are just trying to hack back into your account with your information and steal the gold you paid for. BUYER BEWARE

Ive shopped here once before and the first time was easy. However the more i shopped here the more i realised something wasnt right. I tried to buy here a while and they said we are out of stock. Each time i ask my friends to shop here, their purchase goes smoothly. Why did it work for them and not for me? I was seriously considering suing these guys but then i decided to try another time. Well i returned two months later and got the same damn result. What the actual hell?

Terrible. Game page said "30MINS - 2HRS GUARANTEED" and this guy says "that's not for this game. If you can't wait just take a refund." I have ordered here many times in the past for various games and the service has gone downhill since my first purchase in 2011.

Tried purchasing some in game currency with EGPAL, used paypal as form of payment. Once they receive my payment I got an email to verify that it was me, they wanted my character name, phone # and what server my toon is located. I provided the info and next thing you know the person I was dealing with wanted a screen shot of my paypal. So I send them the screen shot of the pay pal transaction details, now the person I'm dealing it wants the whole page so he can see my Bank company, account #'s and my home address. Sorry I'm not dumb enough to send you those information. $#*! EGPAL. I would give zero stars but they deserve 1 because they did refund me. Oh wait i have to give 1 star regardless. DOH!

Egpal used to provide great service. They lived up to their 30 min guarantee. In the past when they wouldn't send in time and you signed off, sometimes once they sent it would get returned to them, but they would check and send back. Last night they didn't send for over an hour. Today I signed on and still didn't see my order. I contact them and they said it was sent have a nice day. I said it must have been returned and was then ignored for an hour straight. Finally he answered, it was sent have a nice day. Don't buy from them... Thieves

I bought from EgPals... and never have I been more disappointed, yeah they reply back. But have no integrity of giving what you paid for. Their "site" went down, so its stalling the time to deliver me the in game gold. Load of crap. Good thing I only spent 14 usd.

Changed the requirements for delivery. Was then hostile in the chat. Never got my purchase. Now i have to deal with the process of trying to get a refund. I would be very wary of this seller.

Possible scamming site, I ordered $50 worth of game credit then waited 12 full hours and I never received anything.

I wouldn't even give these idiots a 0 rating! They kept insisting I was giving a character name that I was not, which I could prove thru my correspondence to them. Whoever I was talking to became rude & insulting instead of trying to solve the problem. Told me they were tired of me & to go somewhere else.

From all my in game currency purchasing histories, I always like to ask if there is current stock, any verification process is required, and time of delivery.
So i did the same with Egpal.com, at first, the customer service seems ok, notifying me a 1 day wait in delivery, then i went on asking about the verification process, because any one with a brain will never provide a passport photo copy to a online site, then the guy pretty much just ask me to piss off and go to another site.

Will never use this site ever again, and if you dont want to go through the pain of them forcing you to verify yourself, dont ever buy anything from thing site.

And tells me to refund so i said ill wait and then i waited 30 mins and came back and repeat then this "SAM" guy on chat support was RUDE and selfish even telling em to be quick with my order due to having RL and then he refunds my order after giving him BAD review. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE EVER

It seems that they got people to post fake review on this site as you can see a lot of these reviewers only have ONE REVIEW completed, which is the "5 star" for this site. Also, please note that the date on a lot of the 5 star reviews are ON THE SAME DAY. This is OBVIOUSLY a scam site that uses fake reviews to get the "credibility" to get people to fall for them.

This site is out of Hong Kong? Well. It doesnt matter, does it? Like all of the other game gole sites, Egpal promises your purchases are 'confidential' and yet on top of their pages you see that nagging reminder that you could get caught if you buy game gold. Their disclaimer is that they are NOT Responsible if you get caught purchasing game gold: and it's true. They are not responsible. Because the truth is. YOU are the one responsible and YOU do get caught. Once your gaming site catches you, you are at their mercy. They can ban you. You are lucky if they keep you. So the bottom line is, my advice, NEVER BUY GAME GOLD!

Feb 5,2013 they told me i would receive my kinah in 1-24 hours never received it. They then told me i had to wait until workers/suppliers come back from the festival. Then Feb 15 they told me i had to wait 2-3 days never received my kinah. 2/27/13 still no kinah total fraud. If anyone can and will start a petition against them I would because this site needs to be banneded.

ONLY use paypal when paying for this website. I was foolish and chose debit. And of course they seized the oppurtunity and wiped my funds. Fortunately it wasn't too much but I'm still pissed.

Ordered 10$ worth of gw2 gold... they said they sent and i didn't actually received the gold. Paid with liberty reserve so i cant get money back. 100% SCAM.

Prices are not comparable to other websites as after your purchae you get charged more than you should, check back in a few days to your account, and then look at the amount of the items you were previously purchasing. All in all, after a bunch of transactions, they got me for $15 (small amounts each time). I could hav went to anotehr site, paid less and got a lot more.
And their support is less than adequit. When you bring up a valid issue about how you got shorted, they say "I restart computer, check back later" Thanks "Elly". Or another good one, "I talk to manager, check back in 24 hr" Thanks "Gorden". Hahaha. Well looks like I'm shopping elsewhere.

This is a completely Fraudulent Company! They are nothing but a Scam. Beware! They will take your money and do nothing but respond to emails saying they are still "collecting the gold". It's been over a week since I paid and they haven't sent the gold and still they say please be patient we are collecting your gold. They are nothing but a scam! Don't trust them. And they will ask for phone number after payment and then they will ask for your real name and your mother's maiden name! It is a scam company to steal your money and use it to open accounts! Be ware!

First off - DO NOT USE PAYPAL! I can not say this enough - Paypal does not cover digital goods - NOTHING on this site is covered by Paypal - nothing. Do not run as debit - do not wire funds to these people - DO NOT use any unsecured form of payment - because this "company" is known to be fraudulent.

This site charges real life currency for fraudulent digital goods. (digital goods are pretty much always obtained illegally) Do not consider your payment information safe with this "company". This company is based in a foreign country out of reach and you have little to no recourse if anything goes bump. With every purchase you are supporting the very bots that spam your game chat with advertisements. You are supporting the very people who continuously making new characters when one gets banned for hacking/spamming/scamming. Think of it this way: you are actually paying for the quality of the game to be degraded by "hiring" spammers and cheaters. Please do not support this site. If you want to break TOS and buy gold illegally, buy it from a friend or someone you know took the time to get it honestly. Keep in mind that this site does not likely have the legal rights to resell ANY of the games it offers, only generating a pirated key code and charging you for that. Lastly, if you do decide to support this "industry" please use a credit card only so you have some measure of damage control should it not end as you expect. Remember that most of the reviews here are likely fake - first time reviewers with bad grammar - go figure.

Scam! Do NOT buy from them. They will stall for time. Just try their online support for help. Act like you put an order in. It is very funny.

Ripped off for $10 then charged fraud charges on my credit card, had to get a new one after.
