I ordered a product from efunlive for a performance for my kids. They advertised a shipping time of 9-13 business days. I'm going on 36 days with no product and the play has long since gone. They are refusing to refund me and I'm livid. It doesn't matter how many times I explain that they are falsely advertising. Any ideas on how to report this business?

I paid for 4 to 5 day shipped for an event. It didn't come in time and continued to say it will arrive I 10 to however many biz days? And after numerous emails they havnt responded. $#*!ing $#*!s

I didnt even want to give this site a 1! The product is not worth the money your paying for it. I accidently ordered 2 as the email from them confused me and i didnt think the first had gone through. After asking them to refund one of them, they said they could but only 80% as they have to make to order, which i was discusted in as product is a one size thing in the first place. Never buying from here again and i really wish i had seen these reviews

Efunlive.com sucks! Dont order from them. Item ships from China via DHL and I accepted the charge 25$ even though their website clearly says free shipping. I should have stopped when they requested payment through PayPal. I requested size 4XL and i was sent a 2 XL. The label clearly says 2XL but they swear i ordered a 3XL. They say i can get a refund, but i have to ship it back first at my cost. But at this point I do not trust them.

My body suit for my cosplay was paid using fastest shipping. It did not come in time, including their processing time. As it said 3-5 working days, and they never sent an update even after 7 working days. When I told them I wanted my money back, they said they could only refund half. I told them I want all of the shipping money back and half for the item. They refused. They're scammers.

I just posted the following on FB. Someone sent me this link. Oh, how I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered from this crooked company.
Have any of you purchased an item online, paid for the item, and never received? To make a long story short, I have been back and forth with an extremely crooked company called, EFunlive.com. They have been extremely rude and claim that I have received the item. Well, if I did, why would I be wasting my time with them? This corrupt company is not making things right. I can deal with not receiving the correct purchase I made, or being charged unfairly for something I did not order, but it's the 'principle of the matter'. How can they get away with this dishonest business dealing?

I didn't realize where I was ordering from when I placed my order. I paid extra shipping b/c I was a last minute shopper. I did get my package on time, however it was completely the wrong costume. Tried calling, but its a foreign number. Sent an e-mail and no response. DON'T waist your time or money. Order directly from an American company!

I purchased a costume from the through express post and payed extra for fast delivery (3-5 business days).
I checked the status of my order after 3 days and it was saying awaiting fulfilment. So I sent them an email asking why my order hadn't even been processed yet, they told me it was out of stock and they are making it now. I told them to cancel my order and refund my money. They then proceeded to tell me that if I cancel it will be a loss to them and will only give me a 50% refund.
I sent them 5 different emails clearly stating cancel my order and refund my money, which they then kept telling me we have now made it for you and you will like it.
Then sent me another email saying we have sent you your order it's on its way.
I have raised a complaint via PayPal against them and want my money back. Do not give these people your money!

I ordered a costume from them and it came too small. When I asked if I could exchange it or get a refund they said no even though they have a clear return policy.

They then asked me to send them the measurements of the costume which is 3 cm smaller in the bust and height than was described. They said that is to be expected... which is ridiculous as 3cm already puts you into a smaller or larger size which is very misleading.

They told me to give to a friend if it didn't fit me which was very rude and disrespectful.

I would NEVER buy from them again.

NO MATTER WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOUR ORDER, THEY WILL NOT EXCHANGE AND DEFINITELY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY, AND THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT. ONCE YOU CLICK TO SUBMIT YOUR ORDER, YOUR MONEY IS GONE. AND DON'T EXPECT TO BE SATISFIED WITH WHAT YOU GET. IT IS A TOTAL SCAM AND I HOPE THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE SO OTHERS ARE NOT TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.

I had ordered a costume for Halloween and after a week the status said it was still awaiting fulfillment. I paid 26.00 extra for it to come quicker and when i knew it wouldn't get here in time because of their lack of communication, i asked for a full refund. Sent 5 emails and was replied to 5 days later saying that they were shipping it out that day and I'd have it by Halloween. It never came and i insisted on a refund. Now they're telling me they can only refund 80% of what i paid which was 95.75! This company is a flippin joke! Do not buy anything from them unless you want to throw your money away for nothing.

HORRIBLE product. DO NOT BUY! It looks absolutely nothing like the picture and the material is cheap and worthless. It is definitely not worth the amount of money I wasted on it, it's completely unusable and looks absolutely ridiculous. Also, the "tattoo sleeve" that comes with it had a long run down the side of it and a hole upon opening it. I'm 34" bust and the top was way too big, zipper closure in the back so the extra fabric would of had to be pinned back if I was actually going to wear it but the skirt is so ugly and nothing like pictured so I am not going to wear this. The skirt had long white strips hanging down (but again, didn't look like in the picture) and they were so long that you would not be able to walk in this skirt. I am 5'7 and clothing isn't usually too long for me but this was ridiculous. Even worse, I tried contacting the company for a refund and they refused. Don't believe their return policy, they WILL NOT give you a refund. They are liars, crooks, and cheats. I will NEVER buy from this company again, I learned my lesson the hard way and will continue to spread the word so nobody is cheated out of their money like I was by this disgusting company.

Placed order over month in advance. Tried contacting them to get refund since order hasn't even been processed and won't get here In time. 2 weeks later message after message not being responded to I get a message it's too late we just shipped. Even though I told them it wouldn't get here In time. Scammers. I tried tracking my package and it's not even showing up it's been 4 days! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

Ordered and paid for 7 day shipping and the item arrived 22 days later. Tried send multiple emails and there is no reply. Tried to call and it went to China and no response. Don't waste your time with this website!

Found a super cheap Daenerys costume and ordered immediately... THEN I read all the reviews of the site and got super nervous... but I was pleasantly surprised! It came when it was supposed to (despite the DHL tracking info hardly ever updating) in about 10 business days. And the costume was not bad considering you'd pay at least twice as much anywhere else. For the money and since I'll probably only ever wear this once, I have almost no complaints - except the foam backing on a belt was cut, but just the backing so an easy fix. If you read their refund policy it is kind of lousy (but it is right their on the website for everyone to see) so my guess is yes, you might be taking a chance when you order from them... but I don't think it's a scam, just poorly run. Maybe I got lucky but over all I'm very pleased and would probably chance it and order one more costume for my husband!

They deserve 0 stars. There is nothing star-like about how they run this business, and how they deal with customers.

Do not be lured in by the nice looking costumes on this site. I will admit the costume quality looks great, and that is how they get your money, and your hopes up. Save yourself the money, time, and energy because these people specialize in false advertisement and horrendous customer service. If you order from them: Do not expect to get the size your ordered, do not expect to receive your order within the stated delivery period, and do not expect any customer service if you should have a problem with your order; do not expect to make any exchanges and definitely do not expect a refund.

I paid $40 for two costumes and only got one. I paid $20 for it to come in 2-4 business days, and it came in 6. I've emailed them 4 times and haven't heard back!

This site is a scam. No reponse from email. Number is a foreign number. Never got my product. Never got a refund for $68. I will never order here again. Scam scam scam. Doesnt even deserve a 1.

Sent me the wrong product then tried to convince me to accept the wrong one because it "was also good". When I said no they then offered me a $2 refund if I would just let it slide. Again I refused, so they upped their partial refund offer to a whoppng $3.60. When I said no yet again, they told me they could send me the product I actually ordered and paid for ONLY when I had sent them the incorrect product back AND paid additional postage fees (the prices of which they told me "would be high"). Was told I would hear from them today after my most recent email, which I have not (and I don't really expect to hear from them again). I have opened up a case with PayPal now. These guys are incompetent at best, conartists at worst.

TLDR: DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

I recently bought the original harley quinn jumpsuit at a £80.20. It then arrived ages after it was supposed to arrive. After them emailing me to say they had 7 days off and would ship it immediately. Which i was not informed by!
I then recieved the item and it was nothing like they advertised the zip was down the front not the back, the headpiece was attatched when they said that it wasn't! I then ask for a refund which they accepted then i asked for the money back which would cost me £10.70 to send it back which was more than what i paid to get it shipped even though the website said it was free shipping. I then get a reply asking what do i mean get a refund but not send it back. So i then replied to them again saying no i want my full refund of £80.20 and the £10.70 it would cost to send it back. Which was met with no reply and then i get an email at 1.25am this morning saying that my return request has been rejected! When they knew i was going to be sending it back! I desperately need that money as i couldn't afford to spare it at the time either.

So i then sent them an email as i'm absolutely fumming! I won't ever be buying from them again and i will also be telling other people not too. Then i go to try find a number to call them as you can only contact them via email and now i find that the website has been shut down! Convienient much!

Does anyone know anywhere where i can take this further please? As this is outragious.
