I love eFloors! We were able to renovate the floors of our entire beach house with products from eFloors! I am planning to order from eFloors when my house is completed this Fall.

Searching for flooring and ordering samples was easy. Fast shipping. Unfortunately what samples did not work for me so no experience with shipping of product beyond samples.

I was disappointed in the "ships next business day". I ordered July 7 and received the product on July 28. Thank goodness my installer could delay in finishing the project.

Could not track on my account and was not notified of delivery date by efloors until after delivery

The delivery guy was great but skid was collapsed and some boxes were loose and damaged.

I called about the product and the agent was very helpful and nice. Even though the shipping is the same price as the product, it's still 15$ cheaper than Amazon.

I ordered from you 7 years ago, did not find you on a general internet engine search so had to go find my shipping papers from 7 years ago to find out contact info.

Took 3 times to accept zip code, shipping cost$30 estimate on website says 3-5 day delivery for this option. Order placed 10/3/17, shipped 10/6/17, and received 10/11/17.8 total days not bad.

Super easy website to use and so excited I can order a sample before I commi to a huge order that may or may not work for the project we are working on.

I called to ask about shipping details and the woman I spoke too was friendly and helpful. I was surprised that despite shipping delays due to Covid-19, our rug arrived early. Thank you!

It took the full 7 days of wait time and I had to contact them about it. On the 8th day it was shipping. The shipping was quick though. Overall I am pleased with the experience.

Been looking for this flooring for 10years. It is not the same as the picture. I had it installed any way. It will do. I won't order flooring on line again.
