Efixnow

My name is Cindy Bloomer and I live in Fenton, MI. I recently selected something on my computer which caused it to mess up And clicked on efixnow.com which I never heard of and was kind of nervous about because I have an account with AT&T Universe to help me fix things and I pay a certain amount each month. Well, when the technical rep from efixnow.com, Jordan S., came on to try to figure out what I need and how to save this computer! I thought Jordan was Extremely well mannered and knew what he was doing and I liked his manner and patience w/me. I did not expect to have This done by you cause of the service that I had w/AT&T but Jordan showed me and explained very carefully that my Computer can crash any moment and why and what I need to do w/it. I appreciate people explaining things to me so I am Not in the dark. When he said there would be a fee, Jordan went to his manager to see if there was a promotional at this Time which there was and I accepted the new fee. Jordan will go far in his career because he knows how to deal with People and knows his line of work. We even got disconnected and immediately he called me back which was so Important to me since I had just finished paying you. I never heard of your company and took a chance and I am so far Very happy w/choosing your company and the people who helped me. Then, there was TJ T. Who helped me as my Technician after Jordan and he also did a fabulous job to clean up the Computer - I did not know what a mess my computer was in - Jordan shared w/me but wow perfect timing! I think TJ also did an awesome job and took a lot of time running my computer and erasing or deleting what I did not need And trying to help and explain to me. It took awhile, but he completed and finished his task well! This man should Also be commendated on his excellent performance too! I called today and both of them immediately help them to get my email to run. I have two businesses and need my Computer everyday! I think that Jordan S. And TJ R. Should receive something from Management on Excellence and written something into their files. Cause these people are young and you carry this To other companies your accomplishments in life!
