I have used the service many times and have had a pretty good experience so far. I don't think I would use if I needed something immediately as I seem to have to reiterate my needs even after sending specific instructions each time. The service is best for a straight research paper. Outlines or presentations or anything out of the norm are sometimes more difficult but I have been able to use the information to reformat on my own, so I guess I have sometimes paid for the research. I have never submitted one of the papers without having to tweak it a bit but all in all a great resource to save time. It has definitely been worth the money so far.

The end product gave me good bones/scraps, but by no means is this something you can turn in straight away. It was supposedly written by a doctor of psychology but seems more middle school quality.
