Excellent, this merchant "GrabFlashDeals" is excellent, the item purchased is precise and adequate to what I wanted. Exactly with the description it has. Everything worked perfectly in the installation process, I was able to do the process very well and they sent the codes to my email right away. The customer services were very friendly, courteous and very fast. She explained in detail how to do the process and answered every question and doubt I expressed, which were several. I was delighted with the item purchased and the service. It saved me thousands of dollars and this item is really what I needed. Thank you very much and very happy with the service provided
Bad from start to no finish! Poor communication, almost none! Had to threaten to report as a scammer just to get shipping info, or any other communication! Well into almost 40 days, no product! Then received daily texts and emails saying incomplete shipping info " complete crap" please give your credit card info for redelivery! USPS does not do this! Never got product, filled out complaint form, now into near 60 days! Heard nothing! Complete scam! Do not use this company! Unless you like getting ripped off!
I ordered an Urban Shop bean bag chair from Dealerslane on this site, on July 12, and wanted to check on it's status. The order number, item and seller were not recognized by this website! I tried to contact eCrater, without any luck, as it won't allow you to submit your question? I'm worried I'm out 60 $! Dyan from SC!
Good Prices, Slow to Deliver, Poor Communication. I ordered the product on July 7th and no further communication until delivery on July 22nd. Emails were not returned. It may have been a coincidence, but the product showed up a right after filing a PayPal Dispute.
Tip for consumers:
Don't be in a hurry for your product and be preparedto have very little communication.
It was time consuming setting up my store. I signed up with a positive attitude. I thought I might sell here. Wrong. I never sold a thing. I am updating this review. I do not know why ecrater is still even on line. It has been there for a long time. I have friends who have tried it and nothing. It really is a joke. I decided to build my own website. I do not know html. Look at me: www.fabricartfairy.com. If I can do this with no experience so can anyone. An easy to do web builder. Do not give up. If anyone has items to sell, do your own website.

I am taking this time update a review of Ecrator.com; which has much potential; yet it is lacking in a critical element. The shipping, this area needs a total make over.
Although you select your US shipping amounts and the international areas you are willing to ship. It is not in sinc when an International buyer purchases my item. It comes up as a free shipping o at a US ship rate. I then have to cancel the transaction with the customer and explain the rate for shipping.
The support team keeps advising to select areas, which I have... On the listing page it shows what their shipping cost should be, however, it does not get applied when international buys. This is a huge fix. Not only do I loose a sale, Ecrator does not make money. Seems to me, they would fix this. Well it has been a few years and to date still no change. So beware when you list your items

I have been selling since 2018. No real hits. Shipping options is terrible. The attribute selection option is terrible. Needs a complete make over in order to compete in this day and age. I just joined Mercari.com OMG. My sales of the same items posted eBay, Bonanza, Truegether and Ecrater, even Poshmark, far exceeds them all... i say everyone go over to Mercari. It has it flaws as well. However, the hits are far better I think... I can only say this because I posted the same items as elsewhere. Go figure that one.

Hello. I didn't receive my item yet. I emailed to seller four times but got no reply. I don't want my refund but I want tracking number and a confirmation date to receive item. I hope I haven't waste my money to fraud. A screen shot of product detail is in the photo and

Placed an order 2weeks ago & I have gotten nothing except a receipt. Tried the Contact site, useless. I just want to know about my order. Of course payment was taken. Ready to just cancel.
No actual complaint regarding this site specifically, which features a decent variety of sellers and merchandise; however, my SINGULAR experience here with one of the dealers was literally abominable -- numerous transactions (before and since) with online sellers elsewhere have been positive. In the grand scheme of things, a single bad experience is likely "statistically" predictable; however, following THIS one, it definitely "soured" me on using this site -- it's a shame that eCrater doesn't offer, seemingly, anyhow -- a "feeback forum" commensurate with eBay's, which clearly is "The Key" to monitoring BOTH buyer and seller satisfaction.
I find this site incredibly difficult and frustrating to use. I can't bulk upload from ebay because it keeps giving me and error telling me I have only 1 fixed price listing in my ebay shop, I have over 300 fixed price listings! I also can't set it that I sell from the uk to the uk only, there is a default of alaska and US which i cant remove!
