Second time to enjoy a no fuss purchase experience, quick delivery and professional, good value service from the local installation shop. This time they shaved the one tire I needed to match the tread depth of the existing tire on the same AWD axle. That cost $30 and saved me $$$ NOT buying a second tire. Great company.

During my time at Pep Boys, they didn't know how to handle it so they charged me for the tires even though you guys already charge me through the app but I called up Karr! Advise advised they said they would rectify it. Pep Boys screwed it all up.

After Many Conversations With Car Shield Reps.Still Moving Forward With A Solution On What Warrenty Will Cover. Another Of Calls Regarding Maintenance Records,Even If You Choose To Do Your Own Maintenance Oil Changes They Want Record's And Receipts From Sources Such As Wal-Mart And Other Box Stores. Not Many Keep Simple Receipts. Lesson Learned, For The Future.

Communication has been up and down. Pretty disappointed as I've worked hard to be able to afford the simple wheels and tires I requested. They originally sent me an email stating my tires are ready from the manufacturer and then all of a sudden nothing. Had to follow-up with them to see what the deal was. Per them the manufacturer is now having a hard time finding all my tires. Unfortunately, the consumer gets the shaft. I mean I understand production is behind due to people not wanting to be gainfully employed and resources but come on! Those who work need to drive there! Up front communication would be awesome but there won't be a next time. If you do buy from them I suggest going with a good tire that is in stock as I had to find an equivalent of what I wanted.
