The item I bought was as advertised. Came when they said it was, wrapped to the nines. I wish on some of the things on the website there were more pictures, my only oops. Otherwise yea!

Everything went exactly as planned. Received my label, saw the preview of my merchandise, got my check 30 days after the sale! Geoff was great too! Very responsive and timely follow up with any problems!

I have found several hard-to-find or scarce items on the site EverythingButTheHouse auction site. Auctions are almost always opened with a ridiculously low starting bid. And I have fortunately won a few auctions, and have gotten "steal-of-a-deal" wins. I always "like" or "follow" auctions just to see what prices they sell for- It is a fun and educational site to watch and you never know what they will have to offer! Kristi :)

EBTH seems to be continuing its business with integrity. Almost all authentications are correct and never done to try to mislead. I have been very happy with my higher end purchases keeping in mind that one is responsible for their own due diligence before bidding. They certainly are more reputable than other on-line auction sites, IMO.

I've been searching for a piece like this and you offered exactly what I wanted. This was my first purchase and won't be my last. The entire experience was easy peasy.

I love EBTH, no company is error or mistake proof. My experience with EBTH was far beyond great. I've got some really nice Pandora bracelets (925 Silver) charms on two separate purchases items were received as described. I must mention I got them for a deal/bundle. I'm hooked and I thank them for having a local company like this. I only wish there was a store to go into, I love to shop in person also. But for now online shopping is nice, secure, private, and easy to pick up items (LOCAL). Thanks EBTH!

I was able to find the rare items that I collect for a decent price that I wouldn't be able to get at any other online auction. The auctions don't go on forever like other online auctions. I like that I can leave a maximum bid. Furthermore, the photos are good, and the shipping was reasonable and fast. It was a good experience.

I was worried that EBTH was completely doomed... but with the return of the original owners and downscaling the site has turned into a great shopping place again. Customer service is back in the front seat. And getting your packages in a timely fashion is no longer a battle... hopefully they keep up the good work and they can slowly grow the company further!
