I have to says eBooksprime has resolved all my problems that occurred on having the books download to my phone. Once it had been resolved that I had indeed purchased this series the problem was resolve in 24 hours. This is my 2nd buying experience with them. I am only giving four stars only because of the download issue. But like I said it was resolved in 24 hours. I would buy from them again

The site was great but for the past few weeks, I have not been able to download a book from the site that I have already purchased because of a connection error.

This company is horrible. They are bullies who tried to scare my wife with threats of criminal charges and litigation for filing a dispute with our credit card against them. Do not do business with them. Look at their egregious and horrible behavior in the attached emails.

It is convenient to use ebook, and there are a lot of resources we can refer during leisure time. It is useful for people to gain more knowledge and skills interpretation

I bought the complete Harry Potter audiobook collection, planning to get the UK version, but mistakenly clicked the US version (different narrators). When I contacted eBooks Prime to find out of there was a way to fix my mistake they responded quickly, on a Saturday evening, and just took care of things. Thanks!

I found ebooksprime through google shopping and needed 3 specific ebooks that i was doing research on, i sent a message to them and to my surprise I got a reply back within 2 minutes from their team. I was extremely happy with there service and they were able to put together a great deal for me.

I have used them for my ebooks on 3 different purchases and can verify they are great and have better prices compared to Amazon and B&N.

Found the books I was looking for at an excellent price. Somehow it did not immediately send email with the like but with a quick email to company was done right away. Will definitely use again.

Purchased as a gift, turns out the receiver enjoys a different narrator so much more. EBooksPrime switched narrators, no questions asked. Very appreciative!

I really enjoy having my ebooks available to me on my phone it is really nice to be able to read a book while sitting waiting at a doctor appointment or even just 4 something to do in my own living room they customer service I have received has been prompt and professional

Has the best series and collections I have found on the web not even amazon has some of these awesome ebook collections and and the prices are amazing.
