Hello hello ladies you must continue to support ebony online I have been a loved with an Account member for over 7 years and absolutely loved my lace fronts the daily andvmosel model collection I have collected all the colors at least three of each and thats alooot of hair lolol... simply amazing and quality hair. I been a customer of ebonyline for years. I can no longer order from ebonyline because fed ex delivered my package to the wrong address. So therefore I had to go through the company which was ebonyline to get a refund. Now I don't think that was fear because fed ex delivered my package to the wrong address, so I feel fed ex should have to pay. Ebonyline got upset and when I placed a recent order they regret to inform me that I can no longer order from them because of that situation. How is that my fault? Why am I being punished for being a customer for years and fed ex delivering my package to the wrong address. Never happened before. It's cool.

I placed an order over a week ago almost two weeks, I reached out to Ebony.com to ask about my order it was my first time ordering from them. Every day since the Day I ordered my order has been with their shipping department! They Reps are sooo unprofessional u can tell they are very young! They went back and forth with via emails. Just to much I would not recommend anyone to order from this sit it is not reliable and customers are not taken serious.

I have been an on and off customer of Ebonyline for years and if I'm being completely honest... the customer service is poor and the accountability when mistakes are made is lacking. I enjoy the fact that they offer so many products I love... but I disagree with how they treat their customers. In the past... I have had the misfortune of dealing with ladies there who were rude and down right nasty which is unfortunate.

I stopped ordering my hair products from them for almost 2 years and now I'm back and still face issues. However... Larissa has been so helpful and took the time to provide me great service with a positive and friendly attitude... something I'm not used to with them. Immediately after emailing her my inquiries, she responded promptly and thoroughly. People like Larissa are capable of rescuing the reputation of businesses like Ebonyline/ Ione and I hope more Larissas will spring up to salvage the dignity and integrity of this company. Thank you Larissa for making my experience back at Ebonyline much more pleasant!

Took a chance to order with this business twice during Nov 2022. The total of both orders amounted to about $265 or a little more. Pros is that the item prices are attractive, it ships free for over $70 and the site is informative. Items arrived boxed. Con is the long wait to receive tracking info to actually receiving the order. In addition, seller doesn't inspect every item shipped, therefore discrepancies! There was an item (wig) which was crafted poorly in one of the orders, perhaps the packer thought there being more than a few items in the order, could slip a faulty one in?! The matter was raised to customer service within 24hrs of receiving. Customer service authorized a return on the condition the item is returned (customer responsible for return shipping fees) with the intention of deducting 20% restocking fees. I don't know what you think? But it sounds opportunistic!

An item that is defective/not as described should be the sellers responsibility and the seller should provide the returns shipping label. Overall the quality of wigs received is good but customer service interaction and care gives the result of 3* and that is just barely with this experience. IF you wish to order with this company, I suggest you keep a record of the order, do not expect your item to be shipped within 1-2 weeks and if there's a discrepancy do not wait for the seller to correct it, go through your payment provider/bank. Daejonna D a rep for the business has been the one dealing with the 2 orders placed and it seems like Daejonna D needs to improve in practicing customer care too. Today is xmas day, still awaiting the refund through payment method provider whilst Ebonyline has received the return back for at least 8-10 days going. The pictures below show the discrepancy of the item (loose threading and weft showing on the lace of cap construction). Putting a customer through such lengthy process is not worthwhile to your business - Ebonyline! The site exist and so do the products (although the store has products that aren't in stock from another previous experience). Luckily, previous reviews has helped be cautious. Keeping personal info concealed, of course Ebonyline may reach out personally about this particular order (******* #EBO*******) via email and refund the full fees for this returned item accurately without further delay.

I gave it a 3 star because their wigs are ok... but yesterday I get a charge from them then money taking out of my account from them. I never purchased anything. I contact them and they said you don't have a order with is. I said I know, but you took money from my account. I sent them the screen shot of the alert from my bank and my bank statement, showing they just took unauthorized money from my account. Now they not respond. Be careful with this company... a full investigation is in progress...

Every single time I order with them its a problem that's why I HATE when a unit I really want is only available on here sometimes I'll even wait it out until other sites restock. This has been my third time ordering from them and probably the last, if you don't have to get a wig from them then don't. First time I ordered with them they sent me my shipment notification then three weeks later ( I paid for 3-8 day shipping) I get this email saying I have to verify my identity to complete the order. Why did you not tell me this beforehand also why did you tell me my order was already on the way when in fact it was never shipped in the first place. The second time they shipped weeks after purchasing again even though I paid for express shipping. Their customer service reply time is laughable. Now this final time I'll probably ever order really was the last straw. I order a unit weeks ago, received an email that they will send me a separate update when my package would be shipped within the next 3-8 business days. Cool. Then by business day 12 (I got busy and new to just give them extra time after dealing with past issues) I email them asking if it has been shipped. They tell me it was delivered... okay so where was my update email? No where. Then, they tell me it was delivered yet it is definitely not at my residence as I check my mail every morning now its been a whole 2 weeks after calling and emailing and they want me to wait an extra 15 BUSINESS DAYS to open a case because the package never delivered. Literally what the hell is going on? SO sick of ordering from them.

The customer support person I spoke with (Desiree) was very nice and polite, but they were out of the colors I ordered for 2 of the 3 units I ordered but it didn't specify that online when I ordered them. I was a bit bummed but I had to get a refund for "Ginger" and I just settled for a #2 for" Maxx", I hope I like this #2.

The only problem I have with this company is, the $4.99 flat shipping rate never applies to you order total of $30 or morel. They do take a lilltle bit longer to ship. You do have to check your order to see if item is out of stock.

I told myself I would never order from them again after some issues in the past. Well... it went pretty smoothly when I ordered a couple months ago, so I thought maybe they had changed. This time around, it's been 4 business days, & I still haven't even received a shipping confirmation. If they don't have the products on hand, I wish they would say that on the site, or at least let me know thru email. Now, I prob won't get the items in time & may not find them in a store near me...& yes, I'm panicking! I've used sites like elevate styles, wigtypes, Sam's beauty, etc. & I always get my order in 2-3 days. Maybe ebonyline is like some sites that will actually get rude on the phone & say "we have 3-8 business days"... meaning they will actually put it in the mail during that window of time (closer to 8 days than 3, lol). I won't be ordering anything online for a while. I'm just tired of the hassel.
