Ebony has good customer service, whether via chat or email. On my last order Ord no: *******, they were quick to update me on what was available or out of stock based on my order. Thanks Michelle for the additional information as well re my rewards points.

I had an issue with my order. I sent and email and DaeJonna D responded to me within a matter of minutes and quickly fixed my issue. Moments later my order was shipped and she emailed me quickly with a tracking number! Thank you for your awesome customer service!

Michelle gives false information. She told me to ignore the fact that Hector said I was charged and he was shipping a replacement that I did not ask for. Well guess what? I was charged again and the replacement arrived today! I should have been done with this company when one of their employees hacked my credit card before. I see other reviews had the same issue!

I purchased under (2) separate orders. Needless to say -- I forgot that the 1st order arrived. I was looking for the last order, did not have the actual Order Number. Needless to say, that customer service (Hector) was very Patient, Calm, and Professional and handled my request to replace the order. Once I realized that it was my mistake, I contacted Customer Service again, to inquire about my 2nd order -- this time Dae was Patient, Calm and Professional -- he gave me the tracking number and estimated arrival time. I like shopping at Ebonyline because Customer Service is there to resolve any concerns. Excellent Customer Service.

They have a good selection and the prices are some of the best you'll find online before coupons or deals. This site has some deals, but you can't combine them and the lower-cost shipping, so it all kinda washes out. Also, the discount shipping times can be hit and miss, but that's a given considering its economy. Overall, very positive experience.
