I bought 2 lace wig. Both on separate days. Today I opened them only for both hair to RIP apart. It is so sad because I paid money I dont really have for it. Never ever will I again. I will buy straight from the store. This was a RIP off

I ordered 2 wigs and they sent the wrong color. BEWARE! IF YOU SHOP HERE THEY HAVE NO FREE RETURN POLICY AND YOU MUST REQUEST RETURN APPROVAL VIA EMAIL WITHIN 7 DAYS OF ORDERING BUT IT TAKES THEM 4 DAYS TO RESPOND! By the 4th email on the 5th day they finally responded. Because they are greedy and thieves, they do not do free returns so I payed $20 to return the package(cheapest rate possible) and then THEY CHARGE A 20 PERCENT RESTOCK FEE SO THE RETURN COST ME MORE THAN A WIG I PURCHASED! THEY WERE UNAPOLOGETIC AND RUDE. WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN.

I ordered a wig from this company last week and when they sent me the tracking number it was an old number and says my package was delivered in Oklahoma in September 2021. It's January 2022 I ordered it in December of 2021. Something is not right and this company is sketchy! STAY AWAY GO BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!
